A sigh escaped the teenager's lips. Why was life so complicated? Every problem, every mistake, every regret, why does all of it stay in our head and build up till we can't take it anymore. It was just so confusing to him, why does it do that. No one cares if you failed a simple task you were assigned to do. Sure they are disappointed that you weren't able to do it but it doesn't really last very long, they will probably just forget what had happened in a short while.

Then why? Why did it matter? I guess that questioned won't be answered by him.

Another sigh escaped Nickolas's lips getting up from the grass he was laying on. He proceeded to head back inside. All this thinking about life didn't really matter to him anymore. He couldn't take it anymore. It was almost the start of a new year of school. His last high school year to be exact. After this year he will finally be able to achieve something he wanted to accomplish before going away without regrets.

His parents and siblings won't be home for another week. So he still has a lot of time of peace and quiet. Just time for himself to just let everything go.
