She didn't know that being with the Hero would have such an impact on her life. She didn't know that she would actually fall for one of the light-dwellers. In the past she would've thought for that to be disgusting and horrible, but that was before Midna met Link. During her adventures with the hero she started to develop well.. feelings for Link. She knew that they couldn't be together, but her heart thought otherwise. Ofcourse, Link was completely oblivous of Midna's feelings towards him. He was to wrapped up in saving Hyrule to ever think of something like that. She also tried to hide her feelings for the Hero. 'It's impossible' she thought 'We can't be together. We have seperate lives, he as the hero of Hyrule and me, Princess of the Twilight'
