Chapter 18

Aqua P.O.V.

Wow! Words can't describe what I'm feeling right now! I am officially engaged to the man I love!

We headed back to the castle and when we got there everyone was waiting for us. As soon as the girls saw my ring they shrieked and pulled me over. The guys went over to pat Nico on the back.

"Wow! Its beautiful!" Piper said

"I'll say, did you know that Hephestaus himself made it!" Hazel said

"Oh I'm so happy for you! Nico finally got the guts to propose!" Annie said

"It's about time! So, when's the wedding?" Piper asked

"Woah! Calm down! I barely got the ring! " I said

"I call being maid of honor!" Leo screamed at the top of his lungs

"Leo, you are so not being my maid of honor!" I said

"Eh, it was worth a try!" He said. We all laughed at Leo's childish ways

"Plus, I am already gonna be maid of honor right?" Will said

"Um, no sorry Will that roll is for someone that is a GIRL!" I said. He mocked being hurt and walked away.

"Annie, will you be my maid of honor? And Hazel, Piper will you guys be my bridesmaids?" I asked

"Yes!!!" They all shrieked at the same time.

We all kept talking as we made our way to the Great Hall.

Hermione P.O.V.

I am beyond furious! MY Nico just proposed to that stupid girl! She definatley doesn't deserve him! She probably has him on a spell.

As I made my way to the Great Hall, I couldn't help but wonder what I could do to make sure the wedding doesn't happen. They're probably having it at their camp. I could always try a love potion. Those always work, and since I'm the top student, I can make it with ease. The only trick is getting him to drink it and I have to be the first thing he sees in order for it to work. Its my best option right now so I have to get to work.

I snuck into the restricted potions area and grabbed all the ingridients. I went up to my dorm and locked to door.

After about 3 hours, my masterpiece was complete! It was a clear color and was the consistansy of water. I poured it into a vial and headed outside to where the demigods probably were. I was right, they were all either in the water or in the shade of a tree. Aqua was in the water while Nico was in the shade. I willed up all my courage and walked over to him.

"Hey Nico! Whatcha doing?" I said

"Um...hey....nothing much," he responded

"Well, I brought you some water since it's so hot out here!" I said as I handed him the bottle

"Um thanks, I guess," he said. He took a drink of the potion and I stood infront of him.

"Wow, thats some weird water!" He said

"Well, feel any different?" I asked

"Yeah, wheres Aqua?"

"W-what?" I stammered. He jumped in the water and went over and kissed Aqua. I screamed in frustration. How could the potion not work? I followed all the instructions!

Suddenly a women appeared infront of me. She was stunning. Her hair was strawberry blonde and was done in an elegant updo. She had full pink lips, a small mouth, big crystal blue eyes, and a heart shaped face. She had an hourglass figure and had on a pale pink flowy dress.

"So you're the famous Hermione?" She asked

"U-umm ye-ah.." I answered stuttering

"Hm.. I expected a bit more. Anyways I am here to tell you to stop trying to break up Nico and Aqua." She said

"What? Why?" I asked

"I'm a bit offended you didn't recognize me. So yeah, I'm Aphrodite! And I have love for you just not with Nico and not right now." She said

"I have to go but please stop. To tell you the truth its getting knd of annoying." She said as she left in a puff of perfume.
