planing the escape

so we were sitting in her room bored and so w decided to plan what we would do if we needed to leave the house at night alone. since we were in 8th grade we couldn't drive so we had to figure out a way to get to the police station but then things got bad. so it was three hours later it was around 1am and so we wanted to test our plan out but when we did we made it 20 blocks in the wrong direction and like it's past curfew so we could get in trouble for even being out this late without an adult. we seen cops a few blocks down at the drug store and we decided to make a run for it but then we noticed we were locked out. we were freaking out and crying but suddenly she remembered that she has a key in the front yard in a safe. we were so happy but then we got inside and her sister was like where were you two so we told her testing our escape route to the police if anything happens to us. she didn't believe us so she told her mom and we even showed them our drawing and said how'd you get in without a key and we had to tell her we used the one from the safe. in the end it was a good night full of adrenaline and excitement and yeah but never again will i test a plan at night
