"Turn your books on page 154 and there you can see the different types of photography...." Mrs. Campbell, my photojournalist profesor, begun her lesson for today.

I got bored so I decided to text my best friends.

"Ms. Styles! If you have no plan on participating on my class, feel free to leave." Mrs. Campbell's voice surrounds the entire class making me slid my phone back to my pocket.

"Sorry ma'am. It won't happen again."

"I'll be watching you!" She narrowed her eyes directly on mine and proceeded to her lesson. I rolled my eyes and sighed. It feels like the time is moving so slow...

The whole hour I didn't bother to pay attention to her class. Don't get me wrong, I love photography but I think this isn't really my passion. Idk why Dad send me to this art school instead of broadcasting university.

I walked out of class, suddenly a group of cake-faced girls came across my way, blabbering about clubs and boys. I don't care. I made my way to the cafeteria to search for familiar faces.

*Ting* (notification tone. Lols.)

I tapped the message from Cara and read what it contains.

From: Cara

Hey Luc. Me and Luke are at the cafeteria atm waiting for you, queen bee. :P hurry!!

----

I smiled at the text and put my phone back in my pocket. I roamed my eyes and saw two familiar faces playing with their foods.

"What's up?" I blurted, they both looked at me and smiled.

"Nah. We we're just eating while waiting for you." Luke replied.

"Lucy, I have to tell you something!" Cara squealed in excitement.

"Let me guess, that Joe guy again?" I asked. Luke chimed in, "Usual." he said nonchalantly. I slightly smirked, "Just a sec guys. Joe is calling" Cara hurried and made her way out of the cafeteria.

"So, Luke, i'm gonna ask you one question. I need your honest answer,ok?" I said. He nod in response then slurred his coke in can, "Do you like Cara?" I questioned. On cue, liquid splashed on my face. I heard a slight choke from Luke. I wiped the coked spitted on my face, "Lucas Robert Hemmings! Where are your bloody manners?" I stormed in a high-pitch voice.

"I-i"m sorry Luc. I was shocked by your questions! Fishcake. I'm sorry" he said in his most candid voice. He swept the liquid left on my face and neck with his handkerchief.

"It's okay Luke. Just answer my question! I'm not going to tell Cara anyway" he looked at me, amused at what I stated. "Why should I trust you?"

"Ouch. I am truly hurt! My childhood best friend doesn't trust me." I playfully placed my hand on my chest, as if I was hurt.

"Psh. Fine. Yes! I liked her, ok? Ever since we became friends."

"I knew it. Why can't you tell her about that? We both know that Joe isn't the perfect guy for her. He's a cassanova for pete's sake!"

"I know Luc. I can't tell her...it's way too obvious that I'm not her type and I don't want to ruin our friendship." his face fell and there was a hint of sadness in his blue orbs.

"I understand Luke. But, keep in mind that you need to tell her soon. It's painful to not get loved by the one youoved but what is more painful that you left your feelings unspoken. ---HEY GUYS, I'M BACK!" me and Luked jumped out of our seat because of Cara. Luke looked at me anxiously.

"Hey Car. How long have you been here?" I chuckled hiding all my nervousness. She gave me a strange look, "I..just got here. Why?" she said

"Nothing. C'mon guys let's have a movie night. My crib!!!"
