Kevin stood with his back up against the wall and looked slowly from side to side. There were quite a bit of ladies on this ship but he couldn't dwell on them for too long. He was on a very important mission. Nazz's love life was just as, if not more, important than his own. He had to steak out who she was meeting up with and it was super important that it was someone who deserved her and would treat her well. There had been too many bad ones in a line and if he had to beat up one more sorry excuse of a man, he wasn't sure he'd still have a scholarship waiting for him.
"So any other people you think it may be? Or have you decided that I was right and you're ready to admit defeat?"
Kevin rolled his eyes at his teal haired friend stood by his side. He pushed off the wall and motioned his head in the direction they were heading. "In all honesty, I'm hoping that you're wrong but I'm not sure who else it could end up being. She has never kept this kind of thing from me and I can't imagine any other reason that she would."
Nat shrugged and started for follow his best friend. "Does it really matter though? If you think about it, you use to torment those three guys when you were younger and it makes sense that if she starts to develop feelings for one that she would be a little timid in telling you. Even more so if she isn't sure it's what she wants."
"But still, we've never not told each other things. I told her when I slept with slutty Sally. She was mad for weeks. I knew she was going to be mad and I told her right away."
"True, but you also knew you were going to sleep with her a week before doing it and you waited till after to tell her."
Kevin looked at Nat with a soft glare. "Shut the fuck up, Nat."
"You're mad that I'm right." He smiled before nudging the other's arm with his elbow. "So what's the plan if she is with one of them?"
Kevin stopped for a moment and ran a hand through his short red hair. "To be honest, I'm not sure. I want to see the look on his face. Her expressions. Is this an actual thing, or did I piss her off enough last week that she decided to fuck with me. I just have to see."
"Should we get snacks? Depending how long this will last, I'm thinking I'm gonna need fuel."
"Sure. I can find somewhere for us to watch without them noticing. Meet you in five."
Both boys walked in different directions.
Kevin moved around the ship and made his way to the side of the ship. There seemed to be a lot of people meeting up but not enough to be crowded. He tilted his head and claimed two chairs a bit down the way. He could see Nazz looking around for someone. He made sure he was far enough for her not to notice and he raised a brow as she smiled.
"Did I miss anything?" Nat sat next to the other with a smile.
"Just that I owe you money," Kevin mumbled under his breath.

"Double D!" Nazz smiled brightly and waved the other over to the railing on the side of the boat.
Edd smiled brightly and walked over, giving the slightly shorter blonde a hug. "Salutations, Nazz. I'm super excited to get to experience this with you. I believe it'll be very educational and fun!"
Nazz chuckled softly before shaking her head. "Not everything needs to be educational though, Edd." She motioned towards some seats next to them, "But I'd like to hear what you have to say. I like learning new things."
Edd looked at the other with a bit of hesitation. "Everything has an educational purpose and by acknowledging them, we allow our minds to look at and process things in new ways. The mind is a great tool that allows us to further explore the world around us with the more we know." His smile returned in full force as his gaze shifted out to the water. "There are so many things that we can learn about our world and solar system just by taking a few moments to look and observe something as simple as a sunset. It all depends on where we are at in the world according to our latitude position. Not to mention the color side of it. The sun itself gives off a white light and because blue and green rays are shorter we see less of those colors. The suns light beams are longer than that and thus tend to have stronger red and orange tones to them that we start to see reflect off the clouds and spread through the sky, and this is just scratching the surface of it all!" Edd took a big breath at the end. His gaze moved back over to Nazz and his face fell as a soft pink blush spread to his cheeks. "I'm sorry about that."
"Nazz chucked and shoot her head. "Please don't! We've known each other since we were kids, Double D. I've gotten use to your cute little outbursts through the years." Nazz reached over and placed her hand on Edd's and looked him in the eyes. "You've a very sweet and kind guy Double D, and I think it's really cute that you are so passionate about learning and informing other's of new things." She moved closer to the other. Close enough to where their knees brushed one another.
Edd looked down with wide eyes and back up at Nazz. "U-um. . . " he paused slightly before furrowing his brow. "Nazz?"
She blushed and smiled softly. "Yes?" Leaning closer, Nazz allowed her head to move closer to Edd's. Her eyes moved down to look at his lips and she started to move towards the other slowly.
Edd felt a sense of panic rush through his body as he quickly stood up and moved his hands to grip the strap across his body. "I-I'm so sorry! This was not my intention. I thought we were here as friends who wanted to enjoy a similar experience. If I'd had known what was going on I would have been sure to clear things up from the beginning."
Nazz looked off to the side and wrapped her arms around her torso. "Y-you. . . don't like me?" She felt her eyes start to water and she looked up at the other. "I'm sorry. I got the wrong idea." She quickly stood and started to walk away quickly in hopes to process the situation alone.
"N-Nazz, wait!" Double D looked around and quickly before running off after her to try and fix what he had just ruined.
What neither saw was the suddenly angry ginger that stood further down the way. A ginger that was going to make a certain sock head pay for making his friend upset.
