HUNTER'S POV.
I heard a knock on my door.
I got out of bed and walked over to the door.
I opened it to find Vanessa standing there.
I could tell she was scared.
"What?" I asked. It kind of sounded harsh.
"Umm I'm, I can't fall asleep." she was looking at the ground because I was only in my sweatpants. She wasn't making any eye contact.
I opened the door more and motioned my hand for her to come in.
She walked in and waited for me to go in first and then she got in bed and she was all the way on the edge.
I grabbed her waist and brought her closer to me.
She flinched. I could tell she got startled.
I waited for her to fall asleep and a minute later she was.
