The yellow lights flickered like those in a horror film, building up an unnecessary suspense. The once cloud white walls decayed into a gross yellow, decorated with bright graffiti. The dark blue carpeted floor was torn up and worn down with random stains. Soft voices bounced off the walls of the abandon building:

"Though the building is not in the best condition, it is being reasonably sold for over eight acres of land." An older gentleman turned the corner, followed by a small group of a young woman and two younger gentlemen.

The woman's hair was raven black, pinned up in a neat bun. She was Asian descent, fair skin and gorgeous almond shaped eyes. Her lips tinted with a soft pink and her cheeks dusted with a gentle blush. She wore a ruffled teal blouse, a pearl white pencil skirt and polished black stilettos. She held a clipboard in her right hand and a coffee in her right, the coffee wasn't hers.

One of the men was also Asian descent, but slightly tanned compared to the woman. He too had raven black hair that was neatly combed back. His features were very masculine with a simple beauty mark on the left side of his chin to compliment his appearance. He wore a black tuxedo with a dark red tie. His face remained unimpressed with the tour.

The other man was a complete opposite. He was European descent, having creamy white skin and dirty blonde hair. His features were soft but still held a masculine form. He wore a pure white button up and a simple purple tie. His hair was brushed through, but looked slightly messy. He held a more approachable form, giving simple nods and smiling during the tour.

Jasper, the blonde, took in a deep breath. "Ah~ Smells like potential!"

"It smells like body odor and coffee." Mei, the woman, spoke in a slightly annoyed tone. It was obvious she didn't want to be here. Jasper ignored her comment.

"You're right, Jasper." Yukio, the other man, spoke in a blunt voice. He turned towards Mei with that emotionless expression, though he was a bit perturbed by her comment. "We'll be purchasing this place, I'll have Shiro write up the check later. And you will have the paperwork done by tomorrow, right Mei?"

Mei looked away from his dark eyes. Mumbling a; "Yes, Mr. Oshiro."

He nodded and turned back to the older gentleman. "We have a busy schedule to keep with. Now, if you'll excuse us." He spoke politely.

"Oh, yes sir. Have a nice day." The man smiled, gesturing to the exit.

On their way out, Mei couldn't hold back her complaints: "Why not build a new building? We have the money."

"This was my request." Jasper brightly smiled.

She rolled her eyes. "And why?"

"I don't have the time to waste." Yukio interjected. "I wish to be starting business in America by the end of this year. And I want this building completed in six months."

Mei's jaw dropped. "S-six months?..." She stuttered.

Jasper chuckled at her response. "Are you not up for the challenge, Mei?"

"You expect too much of me... Do you realize we have to remodel the entire building, plus landscaping, and then we have to hire new designers, and then more employees-"

"Don't assume you are doing this all by yourself, Mei." Yukio snapped. "Shen and Itsuki are in charge of the employment. Shiro will be in charge of the finances. You are only in charge of remodeling the building."

Mei stared at him blankly.

"And I get to help you!" Jasper smiled. "Won't that be fun?! We'll get to bond!"

Mei almost choked.

"We are also starting a side business. Another place to invest extra money into." Yukio mentioned. "Jasper will also be in charge of deciding on what this new project will be." They reached out of the gloomy building and into the cold noonday.

Mei narrowed her eyes at the blonde. "So what is this new business going to be? Illegal drugs?" Jasper burst out laughing, with Yukio giving a small chuckle.

"Mei, you've mistaken me for a pharmacist again!" Jasper answered.

"It wouldn't surprise me if Mr. Oshiro started selling cannabis." She shook her head.

"I'll consider that for next time, Mei." Yukio spoke. "And you'll be in charge of that operation. As for now, I've left Jasper to decide on this project."

"Which I haven't decided yet." Jasper rubbed the back of his head. "I'm torn between candy and toys."

"You're too immature for your position." Mei rolled her eyes.

"Sir," A young man stood in front of a shiny white limousine. "You wanted steak for lunch?" The man had dark chocolate hair and bright brown eyes to match. He too was Asian descent, having soft features compared to the two males. He wore a black button up and white khakis.

"Of course, Shiro." Yukio spoke.

Shiro, the young man, opened the door for Yukio. Before entering into the limo, Yukio turned to Mei and said: "Remember, I want this building finished in six months. That gives you plenty of time. If you can't meet my expectation, your paycheck will suffer greatly." After that, the limo vanished in seconds.

Mei turned to Jasper, her expression annoyed. "He forgot his coffee." She grumbled.

"It doesn't matter. What do you want for lunch? Steak?"
