Life As We Knew It

Chapter 1

"We will stop at nothing to bring down thoes little brats. Who do they think they are. Did they really think they could have destroyed me that easily. We will hit them where it hurts them the most. They'll never see it coming and no one is going to be able to stop me from taking over the world after I'm done with them!" Pitch Black yelled at his army as they cheered at the idea of bringing down the four most powerful heros in the world.

A few years earlier

"Let's go! All four of us can take him down! Yelled Jack over the wind as they were flying closer to Pitch Black's layer. Where they all agreed to fight face to face with him. "Jack do you really think we can take him down." Asked Repunzle in a worried tone. "If we work together we can do anything." Jack reasured her as he held her hand. Repunzle smiled at the gester.

"Are we almost there?" Asked Hiccup as he rode on the side of Jack on his dragon. "Yeah we're almost there but where is Merida?" Jack asked just as Merida poked her head from behind Hiccup's fragile body.

So what's the plan I mean we can't just barge in there with the most powerful villan and hope to win?"  Asked Merida all pumped up and ready to fight. Everyone was quiet for a minute. They hadn't thought about that. "We can take him down with no need of a plan if we stick together and combine our powers we'll be more powerful than him just like North told us." Said Jack just as they landed in the entrance of Pitch Black's layer. "Ready?" Asked Jack and they all noddded in agreement.

"Ow look the pathetic little heros think they can take me down." Said Pitch Black as the four heros turned around. But when they turned around to face him all they saw was darkness. All they could hear was his taughting laughter.  "Come out and face us like a man you coward!" Yelled Merida into the darkness. But there was no answer.

Merida's P.O.V

Then out of nowhere came out a hand out of the dark and grabbed me by the mouth so I couldn't scream for help. But just as I was about to disapear into the darkness Hiccup turned around to see what was happening. But it was to late there was not enough time for him to do anything to help me.

Hiccup's P.O.V

I turned around to tell Merida that she should stay close when I saw her being dragged away by Pitch Black. My first instinct was to do something but I was to late. All I could do was tell Jack and Repunzle what I saw and after I did. In the middle of the dark room shined a light and in that light appeared Pitch Black holding my Merida in his arms. I mean Merida in his arms. Which made my blood boil not because I like her no because he was hurting one of my friends.

"Let her go!" I yelled at him. But my reaction only made him smile. I could see her struggling and as brave as she might have appeared to look I know that in the inside she was scared out of her mind but she didn't want anyone to know how she really felt at that moment.

Pitch Black was mocking me because he knew how I felt for her by leaning closer and closer to her face. We all were about to attack him when we all noticed that somehow we were chained to the floor with very powerful black sand. It was all up to Merida now. As he leaned in closer to Merida she elbowed him in the stomach causing him to let go of her. Which was a big mistake. Because as soon as she had enough room she did a backflip that kicked him in the face. As he cleaned the blood drawn from his bottom lip he said "Fisty that's how I like them!" I was trying with all my strength but I just couldn't free myself to help her. Merida was now fighting in hand combat. She was winning by the way put she still would once in awhile get punched in the face.

That's when I had enough I don't know how but I managed to break and escape the black chains but all I know is that I did. But before I helped Merida I helped break the chains off of Jack and Repunzle. That's when the real battle began.

Pitch Black was shooting black sand and nightmarians at us but Jack froze them. While Merida was shooting arrows at them. I used my sword to slice through them. While Repunzle snuck up behind him somehow and managed to immobilize him with a special song that North taught her I'm guessing.

Once he was on the ground without being able to disappear we all chanted the incantation to banish him for ever. He was gone. We had defeated Pitch Black. Not bad for a couple of 13 year olds hu.
