Chapter 1 Arrival on Remnant

"Do we have any information how they got here?"

General James Ironwood, head of the Atlesian Military, asked his adujtant Winter on their way through an secret Atlas underground research facility.

"No sir. It appears our guest just fell out of the sky. At least thats what the report says. Their equipment is made out of us unknown meterial. We bearly managed to put a dent in the armor like things they brought with them. From their on the reports just get more and more unbelievable."

"I think I have heared in my carrier enough unbelievable things. I don't think our guests can manage surprise me."

"*cough* Well those armor things, suddenly came alive and started to rampage within the facility. Our test shown that they are fairly heavy, yet they are incredible agile."

She told him as she handed him her tablet playing footage of the security cameras, showing an Ash and a Saryn, dodging bullets, jumping dotzent of meter and running on walls all while decimating the security robots and turrets they came across.

"I stand corrected."

"To our luck their were no damages on human personal. They only attack when they were attacked first."

"So they only acted in self defense. Interesting. How did they managed to stop them?"

"They didn't. These two things only stopped after comming across the room where we held our guests. One of them woke up and told them to stop. After security personal entered the room he declared that he wanted to talk to one of our highest leading officers."

"And the armors?"

"Guarding our other guest who is still unconscious."

The two finally reached their destination. A single door with multiple Atlesian Knights guarding it. Behind the door was a small, white, windowless room. Across a table that was the only pieces of furniture aside a few chairs, sat a young man who seemed to be between his late teens to his early twenties. He wore a strange suit in black and red and his red eyes gave the feeling to glow what was amplified by his pale white skin and short black hair.

"I am General James Ironwood. Head of the Atlesian military. I was told you wanted to speak with me?"

"I didn't specify you general, I simply ask for one of your leading officers. I am John. Where I come from I hold the position of Lotus Guard Captain."

The two greeted each other, while judging each other and even though their voices seemed to be rather relaxed the air in the small room was tensed. Both just stared at each other from across the table, waiting for each other to speak. In the end it was the general who was the first to break the silence.

"Then may I ask what you want here?"

"We don't want anything, our arrival here was merely an accident. My turn, where are we?"

"We are currently in a secret underground research facility of the Atlas militar-"

John stopped him as he raised his hand.

"My mistake, I should have been more specific. I meant to ask what planet I'm on."

"So you are from another planet?"

"Giving you saw the difference in the material of our equipment I thought that was obvious, but yes."

"In that case you are currently on a world called Remnant. Where do you come from?"

"I was born on a planet called Earth. Do you have any wars on Remnant at the moment or the near future?"

"This is a rather odd question."
