Hitomi walked into the living room slowly, fingertips brushing against the white wall next to her
"Mom!" The girl yawned "Have you seen my hairbrush?" She asked rubbing her eyes
"See if it's in the bathroom" Her mother yelled back from the kitchen
Hitomi silently went back into the hall and into the bathroom. The front door opened. Passing by, Ryuu peeked into the bathroom
"Hi" he greeted lazily
The green haired girl waved slowly before going back to brushing her short hair
"Hello Ryuu" Emi popped her head in Hitomi's room
"Hi Mom" Ryuu greeted
"Forgot something?" She took out a notebook from the back pocket of her pants
"Yeah, my note-" he turned his head to face the older woman "That's the one!"
Emi handed the notebook as she tried to suppress a giggle. Putting her hand on her mouth she walked out of the room. Ryuu widened his eyes and dashed out of the room
"Don't tell me you've read it" he chased after Emi
"Oh no! A spider!" Emi yelled while laughing
"Aaaahhhh!" He screamed like a little girl "Where?!?!!?" He shouted as he turned into his small dragon form and flew up so he wasn't touching any surfaces
"I was just kidding" Emi tried to suppress a laugh "I didn't really know you were scared of spiders"
Ryuu got down and turned into his human form. Hitomi ran from the bathroom and put her elbow on Ryuu's shoulder
"We shouldn't tease him, he'll lose in the sports festival. Let's leave his girly scream for another day"
"How about not scaring me?"
"No"
They got ready and went to the sports festival together. Hitomi went to see her friends from class
"Good luck guys!" She smiled
"Hitomi!" Mina exclaimed "I can't believe you jumped from the window! Did you hurt yourself?"
"Nah I'm fine. All thanks to Dadzawa's scarf" Hitomi rubbed her neck
"Lame jokes! What the hell was that the other day?" An angry hedgehog yelled
"Bakubro!" Hitomi grinned "Let's not talk about that! I'm expecting you to win!"
"Oh I'm gonna fucking win!"
"You better! I put my bet on you!" Hitomi smiled
"You're betting on who's going to win?" Iida tilted his head "That's not pro-"
"Yeah, yeah, I know! But my brother said Bakugou was gonna get disqualified in the first round so I wanted to say the magic words when he wins"
"I told you so" Hitomi and Bakugou high-fived
"Well I gotta go, see ya" Hitomi smiled as she waved goodbye
Walking to her seat next to her mother she bumped into someone and they both fell down. Hitomi got up and saw the guy she proposed to on the ground in front of her, getting up.
"Hi..." She awkwardly helped him get up "ha...ha.." she rubbed her neck awkwardly and turned her head
"Thanks" he turned his head as well
"Umm... I'm sorry about the other day... It just.. you know.. uhh-"
"Yeah, it's fine... My classmates teased me, but it all went away after a couple of days.." he looked at her "But what happened when you jumped?"
"I ended up in a tree and gracefully got down"
"I wanted to tell you that I wasn't interested in marriage since I'm only 15, but I couldn't find you"
"Yeah, I got suspended"
"That makes sense"
"Ha..ha.. yeah... Well I gotta go" Hitomi started walking away "good luck!" She turned and smiled
She got to her seat next to her mother and waited for the first round to begin. The pro hero Midnight announced the first round.
"Ryuu's gonna win this if he uses his quirk" Emi said, leaning back on her chair
And as suspected Ryuu turned into a big dragon and just flew over everything
"It's like they didn't expect a student that could fly" Hitomi put her hands on the fence in front of her
"TOO BAD LITTLE HITOMI ISN'T COMPETING, HUH ERASER?" present mic's voice rang through the audience
Aizawa just grunted in response
Ryuu had reached the finish line, but didn't pass it. He just stood next to it
"HE'S SAW THIS KIND OF RACE WAY TOO MANY TIMES, EH ERASERHEAD? THE BOY KNOWS AHAHAHA" He laughed
Hitomi finally turned her attention away from Ryuu and to the other contestants and saw her classmate and childhood friend, Midoriya, flying on a piece of metal.
"Huh?" She stared surprised
He passed the finish line and Ryuu followed him, seconds before Bakugou and Todoroki passed
