The Astronaut

(A.n. This is a shitty draft thing I wrote a couple weeks ago. No one wanted to read it except my mum. Oh well. I'll put it up here. No one will see it anyway, hah.)

The astronaut pushes off the sleek shuttle with an effortless flair. All around him is the vast expanse of space. However quite opposed to just being space, it is filled with beauty and wonders that still render the astronaut speechless. The swirling of hundreds of galaxies and stars, the colours mixing and glowing. The purples, greens and pinks all combined to make a jaw dropping piece of art. The astronaut spins through the air softly, not a meaningless speck in the universe, but the centre of this realm, his stage. The Stars seem to dance with him, shining and whispering words of love to all. The astronaut feels a swell of pride for coming so far in the universe. The stars, galaxies and all of the colours are still as the astronaut twirls around. There is only him and the universe.

:)

(If you want me to expand on this let me know, I would prefer to just leave it as that, not much to expand on but I could. Depends if the one to two people reading this would want to read that. I'm trying to work on a chapter for an expansion of the first thing I wrote. It doesn't have a plot yet lol.)
