"I don't know." Tin answered honestly. He truly doesn't know.

He knew about the story Can's adoptive parents told him, but he wasn't aware of all the details.

"If you want to know..." Tin said. "Why don't you come with me to Thailand, and let's find out together."

Plan has already thought about it. He wants to. There's nothing much left for him in here anyway. But making such a huge decision in his life is something he's not yet sure he's ready to deal with.

"I don't know." Plan replied. "I want to, but I am not sure."

"I can help you." Tin said. "You can stay with me, I will bring you to Can's family. We can dig up everything we can from that tragedy." He moved closer to Plan and held his hand. "We'll find a way to know everything."

"What if Can and I were related?" Plan asked Tin.

"I seriously don't know how to feel about that." Tin replied. "But at least you'll finally get to know things about your life that was taken away from you by that tragedy. If that can make you feel complete---if that can fill the void in your heart, then I'd say you go for it."

Plan paused for a moment, trying to take everything in.

"You said your session tomorrow at the convention starts in the afternoon, right?" Plan asked.

"Yeah, why?" Tin replied.

"We're sleeping at the secret lagoon tonight." He patted the big bag he brought beside him, which contained blankets, food, and drinks.

Before Tin could even react, Plan stood up and went to the back end of the boat, pumping up the engine faster and adjusting the sails.

Days passed and Plan and Tin remained close to each other, with Tin providing Plan company which he appreciated very much.

During the days that Tin doesn't have sessions to attend to, he was with Plan sailing quietly in the ocean, or just hanging out in the secret lagoon.

They swam with the dolphins, watched whales dance on the ocean and create rainbows with their water sprouts under the tropical sun.

They went on night walks along the beach, and sit together and talk about life in front of an open bonfire along the shore.

During Tin's last night in Hawaii, they went to a final trip to the secret lagoon.

They sat on the beach, with only a gas lamp illuminating the place, and the bright moonlight. They shared a six-pack of Hula Hefeweisen and a whole roasted chicken that Good's mom cooked for them.

"Have you decided yet if you want to come with me to Thailand?" Tin broke the awkward silence.

"No," Plan said. "I don't think I can make such a big decision this soon. Besides, I don't know anyone in Thailand except you."
