The three of us walked away from the wizards, seeing that they're interested at Hailey. Being in Hogwarts made Hailey even more determined to find out the life of her mom, hence, she feel mixed emotions between anger and confusion. We told her that we'll always be there for her no matter what happened, cause we're not just friends, but also family. Other demigods felt the same way as Zeus forbid the Olympian Gods and Goddesses to have physical contact from their children. But to Hailey's situation, growing up without a mother and leaving her without showing herself to her daughter once in a lifetime, it's depression.
We met up with our friends who got sorted in different houses. Seems like we won't be having the same schedules with them. Nico Di Angelo, Margaux Chan and Clarisse La Rue got sorted in Slytherin, Piper McLean, Leo Valdez and Frank Zhang got sorted in Hufflepuff, while Thalia Grace, Malcolm and my wise girl got sorted in Ravenclaw. Since we have free time, we can explore the castle for the remaining hours left 'cause there will be dinner at the great hall later. Hogwarts looks like a medieval castle wherein the royal families live and bodies are buried.
"Hey, seaweed brain! You're gonna walk or not?" Clarisse sneered, crossing over her arms. I gotta admit, me and Clarisse are not in good terms sometimes because she doesn't accept the fact that I beat Ares one time, "We're being surrounded by these— Ugh!"
"Come on, Clarisse. It's not like you survive from Tartarus." I laughed, patting her back, "Besides, the daughter of Ares can handle this thang."
"Shut up, Jackson!" She slap my hand away in annoyance, "Of course, I can! You think these witches and wizards can scare me? I don't think so!"
"That's the spirit, Clarisse!" Nico smirked, fixing his hair, "I have to find that Lucius Malfoy. How dare he stole a weapon of a god! Shithead!"
"You mean the child of Lucius. Because he's an old man, for sure." I laughed, clutching into my hoodie, "Maybe he has a child attending in Hogwarts. That way, we can negotiate with the person."
"If that person doesn't wanna tell the truth?" Margaux asked, furrowed eyebrows. I'm kinda surprised that she and Nico are good friends after they're break up, because Athena and Hades had a huge argument about Olympus' Gods and Goddesses. Hades wanted to be apart of the Olympians though Athena disagreed because she stated that he's not that trustworthy; which lead Margaux and Nico to break up as Athena aren't favor of their relationship, because Nico is the son of Hades and she's afraid that something will happen to her daughter. Although, they still love each other and will make a way again to fix their relationship after this war.
Nico really loved and cared for Margaux as they are a perfect couple in camp half-blood, seeing that some demigods envy their relationship. Margaux did the same for Nico. She always made sure that he's safe and healthy all the time. Nico doesn't like other guys hitting on Margaux, because he's planning to make her as his girlfriend again. The son of Hades hates being challenged and underestimated by people, cause he can be one of the most dangerous and feared by other demigods. Margaux, on the other hand, doesn't like being messed with because sometimes she has short temper, to the point that her eyes will glow crystal blue and transform into Gumiho. She's also known for using Charmspeak. The mother of Margaux, is Goddess Athena, while her father is a Gumiho. Both of them shared also the same personalities and seemed to be comfortable with each other, we don't want to get in between these two.
"We'll have to do it in hard way." Nico smirked, doing fist bump with Clarisse, "Plus, my dad told me to take care of Dumbledore's soul since Lucius refuse to give back the sword."
"We can find the sword for ourselves without abducting him." Clarisse said, fixing her hair into a ponytail, "Who does he think he is?"
"Forget about it. First, let's explore the castle in the few remaining hours." Leo smiled, looking around the hall way, "It's weird that ghosts are roaming around except our direction."
"Because the Ghost King is with us." I snorted, glancing up to Nico. He gave me a look 'shut your mouth or else other people will find out', "Chill dude! I was just kidding. But, you are the Ghost King of Underworld."
"For the love of gods, shut up guys!" Piper hissed, whacking the back of my head, "People can hear us."
"Yes, Madam Piper." We all said in unison. Some students are looking at us as if we're losing our minds. Maybe they're still adjusting to the new students. Or maybe they see us as crazy people. I don't blame them for what happened in the past because the war is between the Olympians and the wizards, not us. From the corner of my eyes, I noticed Hailey being quiet beside Thalia and Jason. Maybe the two are comforting their sibling.
•••••••••• Few Hours Later •••••••••
It's been hours since we finished exploring the castle. We saw a lot of corridors and rooms in different floors. It will be easier for us to roam around the castle cause we already memorized the floors and rooms in the school with the help of Athena's children. We just have to make sure that nobody will catch us sneaking out of the common rooms and out of school. We still need to train ourselves, especially in the upcoming war. Maybe we can train in the 'Forbidden Forest'. We're not scared by the creatures living there cause we know how to fight them off.
"Guys! Since we can't train inside Hogwarts, we can start training tomorrow in the Forbidden Forest." I said, facing in front of them.
"Good idea. It's the only secret place we can train." Hailey nodded at me, "But we have to be careful in going there. Some students and teachers are passing in the forest."
"You have a point." I said, still looking at her, "Do you have any suggestions since you know some informations of Hogwarts?"
"Yes, I do." She said, raising her hand forward. With that, small mist figures start to form into dummies which symbolizes us. Magic is cool . "We have to schedule the day we'll have training outside so it won't be obvious. Plus, we can't cut in classes all together. At least three people a day, from different houses."
"Hailey, you're a genius." Annabeth beamed, holding her hand, "Don't worry. We're gonna be there for you until the end and help you as well in finding Pandora's life history."
"Thank you guys so much." Hailey smiled, giving us some hugs, "I really need that support."
"Don't mention it." Frank said, winking at her, "A special girl like you can defeat Kronos and his army. Just give us the cue and we'll fight with you."
"Frank is right! The witches and wizards needs you." Thalia said, looking at her sister, "Kronos will use them against us or worst, destroy the wizard world."
"I want to protect my kind from Kronos. I know that they're innocent." Hailey said sincerely, "We need to rest for tomorrow cause it's our first day of classes."
We all nodded at her and headed to our own common rooms. First day of using magic!
