I prepare dinner for my stepdad since he's at work. Tonight's meal will be a ceaser salad with extra chicken, just how he likes it. For sides, I get fruit and mix them all together. Once I'm done, I sit down on my couch and read a book. Today's book is "The Notebook." This isn't the first time I've read it though.
Why, you may ask, am I reading "The Notebook" for about the thousandth time, and not doing things that other teenagers do, like smoking pot, having sex, or just simply taking a "selfie" and uploading it to Instagram?
Well, you see, I, unlike most teenagers, I don't have a phone.
Shocker, right?
You probably think it's just because my stepdad is too cheap to count in me on the phone bill, or because I'm still trying to earn money to buy one.
Little do you know, I have quite the story, and if you stick around instead of just not "adding this to your library", then you'll be able to hear it.
