I was lounging around inside my apartment, Moping over the break up I just went threw with my boy— ex boyfriend! I was devastated... broken. Well, that's what I felt like. I logged off all social media's, I don't answer the my phone anymore and not to mention I cut off all my friends. For one boy.. one stupid boy that tore me apart.

I wanted to scream and rip out my hair as well, I couldn't think right. And he's already got a new girlfriend, how could I be so blind when all he wanted was lust and I thought we had love.

That's right when my phone started ringing, it was my mother. "Hello?" I answer with a very croaky voice. "Oh babygirl, how are you?" She sounded heart broken but not as bad as I am. "Better.. better then yesterday, I'm going to the doctor this afternoon." I told her falling back into the pillows on my bed.

"Good, you need to, when are you going back to work." She asked anxiously, "Uhm, I don't know yet. Mother." I answered honestly. I am a model and get knowledge on Instagram and other social media's. "Well, come see me when you can. I miss my ladybug." She said mentioning my childhood nickname that made me grin.

I have been trying to get to my mother, but work has been hectic and now that me and my ex boyfriend have broken up that's just stress building on top of everything else. "I will mom, just give me some time please." I said as the doorbell, that must be the doctor. "Mother the doctor is here, I will call you later." I said before hanging up the phone walking towards the front of my apartment opening the front door to meet my best friend.

"Why are you here?" I crossed my arms. I wanted to figure this out on my own, I'm always having someone to lean on. I wanted to take this opportunity to do shit on my own. "Oh- you really thought you were going threw this by yourself?" He asked walking inside, closing the door as I rolled my eyes. "Well that was the plane." I walked over to the couch plopping down on the soft covers that were laying there.

"So!... Ariana's having a release party for her new album." He said taking some of my donuts that are sitting on my counter. "And? She doesn't even know me." I said opening my phone connecting to the Bluetooth. "Well she invited me and your gonna be my plus one!" I shook my head refusing to leave my apartment.

"Oh your coming young lady! I don't care what you say." He said still chowing down on the donut. "Why! I just want to stay home and watch movies, cry and sleep." I throw my head into the pillow. "No best friend of mine is not going down that way, we are going out tonight like it or not." I groaned knowing he was not going to let go of this one.

"Ok! Fine." I sighed as I curled into a little ball mentally crying. "Oh you'll be fine." He said as the doorbell rang and I jumped u. There's the doctor.

After I was checked up, my best friend. Ross. Started doing my makeup, which is what he does for living. "So how do you feel about Shawn.. and the new girl dating." He asked and I felt my heart shattering as he pronounced his name. "Broken." I answered honestly with a slight frown.

"Oh baby, it going to be okay. Going gonna find someone sexier.. trust me." He tried to convince me but I had my whole future planned out with the man that broke me. "I don't know.. I don't even wanna think about a relationship right now." I say as he finishes giving me the mirror.

"It's beautiful R, thanks." I smiled and it's been a long time since I've even thought about that. "Your beautiful Jen, come on let's get dressed." I nodded still not believing the first part but continuing on with what he has said.

Once we we're dressed we drove, Ross's BMW to the release party. I was a fan of Ariana.. one of my favorite songs was Be Alright. Really good song.

I wore a black slick dress that had a little slit on the side and heels, Ross picked it out and also did some loose curls in my hair. I wore black glasses because of the red and puffiness in my eyes.

Once we pulled up at the party my heart started to speed up. "Hey, it's going to be okay?" He said reassuring and I just nodded lost for words. A man opened my and Ross's door, I linked arms with Ross as we walked the red carpet that lead to the actual party.

"JENNIFER WHY'D YOU AND SHAWN BREAK UP." A reporter asked and I felt my heart sink as I stood there frozen. "Ma'am, I'm going to have to ask you to back up." The Security said as I continued to walk, once she said that it's like the questions we're coming like hell on a rainy day.

"JENNIFER IS IT TRUE YOUR PREGNANT!?".....

"JENNIFER HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT SHAWN'S GIRLFRIEND?"...

"JENNIFER DID SHAWN CHEAT ON YOU."

The continuous pain rummaging through my stomach as we walked inside the party. "Are you okay Jen?" Ross asked now holding both of my hands and I nodded taking in a deep breaths as we continued to walk.

When we'd walked inside there were two bars that we're calling my name so I proceeded to one. Hello? Can I have champagne? If you have so." I said looking at the bartender and she nodded.

I was sipping on my wine when Ross walked over with Ariana, I grinned. She was gorgeous. "Jennifer, Ariana. Ariana, Jennifer." He introduced used and I smiled. "Hello, it's a pleasure Ariana." I shook her hand loving down at her black ripped jeans. "Thank you! I've been waiting to meet you actual." She said and I furrowed my eyebrows together.

"Oh really! That's a surprise." I giggled and she nodded smiling. "Yeah, how are you by the way. Shawn's such an ass for that." I looked down and played with my fingers. "Sorry, I have to go but I'll see you both later?" She asked and I shrugged, at this rate I didn't know if I was gonna leave now or later. "Oh you have to stay!" I grinned and looked up at her. "We'll see." I smiled.
