So engrossed in her conversation with Jessy, Anya failed to realize how further away had she walked from Isaac, only coming to the realization when she felt a tap on her shoulder. Broad shoulders, was what she saw first, moving her eyes up, she noticed a smiley face, "Hi" said the guy with short brown hair and sharp grey eyes, "you must be Anya, I'm Sameer" he moved a bit closer to shake her hand, "Um, hi" she shook his hand shyly, wondering where to find Isaac, "Oh, I know that face, looking for Isic I assume, he's been searching everywhere for you, I thought I'd walk you to him". "Isic?", she asked, "yah Isaac and I go way back, we are buddies you see, he's told me a lot about you" nodding to Jessy he said "right, so I'll walk you to him, laters Jess". And dumbly she waved at Jessy to follow the stranger unaware of his wicked intentions.

Where is she, Isaac wondered for the third time in the last 10 minutes, scanning the crowd once again, he let out an annoyed breath, "oh what are you doing here I thought Anya is coming your way,'' exclaimed Jess as she saw him looking around in desperation. "She never came here, where was the last place you saw her? Wasn't she with you?", "Wow, wow, slow down, she took off with Sameer, he said he was taking her to you".

"Sameer?", shit! No! He can't take her! with this thought in his head, he ran, to the direction Jess said she saw go.

Walking further away from the party Anya didn't feel safe, "Why are we going that way, it's too dark, I don't think this is the right way" she whispered, fearing her scared voice would betray her. "Of course this isn't the right way you silly girl, I just wanted a taste of what Isaac has been hiding from all of us for this long". Eyes wide, she turned to run, but Sameer was quick enough to grab her hand and slam her back to the wall, and threw her shawl to the floor. Dread, it crawled up her spine. Pain is what she felt on her back. Blinking the tears away she screamed, only to have her mouth muffled by his large rough hand. But it wasn't too late, she felt Isaac before she heard him, he was nearby, calling out to her. This gave her enough strength to slam her knee into Sameer's groin, "AHHH" crouching Sameer moved out of her way when she saw Isaac coming straight from them.

Rage was what he saw, his heartbeat accelerated seeing her in fear and pain. Sameer was now scared, he knew he messed with the wrong man's women, but it was too late. Isaac didn't wait for a second to lunge at Sameer, fits, and pounding was all Anya could hear over her harsh breath. With a shaky hand, she grabbed her shawl to somewhat shield herself and attentively touched Isaac's arm. Stop. Was the silent message she sent him, and stop he did, turning around he grabbed her, or maybe she grabbed him, it was all hazy to the two of them, a breath of relief and pain was what Isaac let out. Before moving back to scan her for any injuries. None. He was glad. Anya saw the flicker of debate in Isaac's eye, to take her away or finish that bastard, he chose the first and bent down to pick her up bridal style and walked away, with the thought of finding Sameer later and teaching him a lesson.

Calling for his driver, Isaac carried Anya, not wanting her out of his sight, he sat them both down on the backseat of his rover. Anya had her arms wrapped tightly around Isaac, she held him for dear life, not wanting to let go, not wanting to be out of her small heaven, so she held on for the whole car ride. In his lap, her head on his shoulder, her tears now dry. "you okay?" he asked, all she did was nodded. Isaac too didn't want this car ride to end, just so he could hold her like this, forever. But it had to end, she had to be home before midnight, else he wouldn't see her ever again. Coming out of his thought he realized the car had stopped and Anya was asleep in his arms.
