I looked into their eyes. Deep into their eyes. A cruel smirk found its way to my face. A deep menacing laugh erupted from my throat as they jump back away from the screen. My head twitched from side to side examining their body. Hmm... What i would do to that body.. I stare at them intensely as i try to force myself out of the straight-jacket. I see the fear plain on their face. They're terrified. This causes me to lick my lips and stretch my neck in a circular motion. I bite down on my lip so they can see and i know my eyes have a look of hunger in them as they back away from the screen. As i grow more angry i start to struggle against the jacket more. However, when i hear the slight tearing i stop for a second and somehow this gives me more power and energy. I let out a big growl and the jacket rips off. I turn around and run to the window; banging furiously. Doctors and nurses come running in but i don't let that stop me. Nothing can stop me now. I turn around to face them all standing there watching me and each other.
Who will make the first move? The voice inside my head questions.
Hmm... Me. I reply. Something strong ignites in my chest and i feel my eyes turn black. I take one step forward and i see them all cower back. A nurse hands one of the doctors a needle. No doubt a sedative but it wont work. Not this time. My mind is clear and with two brains instead of one... Yeah.. Nothing is stopping me now. I smirk gruesomely. My eyes roll back as i let the inner me take control. Now i have no remorse.
"Petty doctors. Think they can stop me." My voice is deep and dark as i chuckle relentlessly. I walk straight forward to the doctor with the needle and snatch it out of his hand and throw it on the ground. The room goes silent as it smashes, the liquid flooding the floor. I look at him with my head tilted and my smirk still in place. Before he can react i snatch his body into my large hand and have him pinned against the wall, my hand around his neck; suffocating him.
"Heh. Just a joke isn't it. I'm a free girl now." I chuckled sardonically before letting out a sigh. He struggles and kicks his legs out as i happily watch the life drain out of his body. I sigh again in content and i drop his now lifeless body to the floor and study it for a second. I chuckle inwardly.
Are we going to give them a show? I ask myself
Why yes. Yes we are.

I circle his body. Oh how tasty he does look. I kneel beside him and trail my nose from his neck and down his arm. Closing my eyes and craning my neck, I take in his scent.
"Hmm.."
Before anyone can stop me, i begin to gnaw on his flesh and chew. Hmm he really does tasty good. Taking another bite, i moan. As i eat more and more, I'm careful not to eat his intestines, but i slowly pull them out from his body. I bite off as much as i need and start to skip. I giggled.
"Anyone else want a go?" I held out the 'skipping rope' to one of the nurses and she screamed then fainted. I looked at her and began laughing. I was laughing so hard i was bent over and struggling to breathe.
"Well it was nice meeting you all. Better be off. Bye." I wink to them all before skipping off down the corridor.
Hmm.. Who shall we go terrorise now? I smirked evilly.
But then something came into my view. Something that had me terrified and scared to my very core..
