"We are prepared to offer any sum of money you care to mention for the recovery of these files-" I heard a voice say as I walked up the stairs."Boring!" Sherlock's voice said, cutting off the other.
I stopped halfway up the stairs, not sure if I should continue and interrupt. Then I heard a chair move and footsteps come closer. Suddenly three men all wearing suits were standing at the top of the stairs, starring at me.
"Sorry" I said as I moved out of the way for them to pass.
They all passed by me and I heard one say something under his breath but I couldn't quite hear. I walked into the living room as John was fiddling on his laptop and Sherlock was pacing back and forth.
"Did I interrupt something?" I asked, getting both their attention.
"No." Sherlock said bluntly.
I walked into the kitchen, grabbing a plate to make myself supper. I heard the front door open and close and more footsteps come running up the stairs.
"I may have something for you" said Lestrade as he entered the room.
"Dear lord let it be something good..." Sherlock prayed, grabbing his coat and John soon followed.
I made eye contact with Lestrade, "oh hello!" His eyes lit up.
I gave him a small wave before Sherlock practically ran down the stairs, causing John and him to glance at each other before leaving too.

I heard a knock on the front door as I sat at my desk. I got up, looking through the peep home once i reached it. My eyes got wide and I quickly opened the door."Mrs. (y/n/l)!" Sarah, one of my students, exclaimed as she saw me on the other side of the door.
She was standing with her younger sister, Emily, and their mom, Pam.
"Hello" I smiled down.
"We're here to see Sherlock Holmes." Pam smiled back at me.
"Oh, yes" I said, stepping aside for them to come in.
I walked up the stairs, "Sherlock. You have visitors."
He looked up from the table with a blank look on his face. John saw the three women standing behind me and he told them to come in. I left them alone for a moment to chat but came back upstairs when I heard my name being called by John.
"Yes?"
"Would mind getting mum hear a cup of tea?" He asked politely.
I agreed and brought Pam into the kitchen while the two girls were seated in the living room.
"How have you been?" Pam asked as I put the kettle on.
"Very well, thank you" I answered. "Yourself?"
"It's been better..." she sighed. "The girls have been a wreck since their granddad passed."
I gave her a sympathetic look while I got out two cups from the cupboard.
"But Sarah really seems to be loving your class" she smiled at me.
"I'm glad, she's been a wonderful student."
"They wouldn't let us see Granddad when he was dead." We heard Emily say. "Is that cause he'd gone to heaven?"
"People don't really go to heaven when they die, they're taken to a special room and burned." Sherlock said back bluntly.
"Sherlock..." John warned.
"Sherlock!" I said, my mouth hanging wide open.
He looked over to me then back at John as Pam went over to the girls who were looking at each other in confusion. They then got up and Pam quickly ushered them out of the room.
"I think we'll be going now..." she said to all of us.
"Pam, I'm so sorry" I apologized.
She gave me a weak smile before they all turned to leave.
"Sherlock, What was that?" John said, raising his voice slightly.
"What? It's the truth." Sherlock retorted.
"Their kids!" I said in disbelief. "Not to mention one of them is my student..."
"That's not my problem" he said as he sat down in his chair.

"Hello!" I said as I opened the door for Ned who was picking me up for our date. "Come in."
"I know I'm a tad early" he said, following behind me.
"That's alright, I just have to finish up." I smiled.
I led him into my room and he sat down on the bed while I finished up in the bathroom.
"You weren't on the train yesterday" I stated.
"Yeah, Matilda was sick." He said back.
"Oh no, is she alright?" I asked as I put on the last bit of mascara.
"Yeah, just a cold." He said back.
"Who's Matilda?" A deep voice asked.
Sherlock...
I came out of the bathroom, sighing as I was trying to get my earring in. Ned cleared his throat then stood up. Sherlock stood in the doorframe to my room and he and Ned just looked at each other.
"His cat." I said, breaking the tension.
Sherlock then got a look on his face as he continued to stare at Ned. Ned once again cleared his throat as I finally got my coat.
"Well, we must be going" I looked at Ned, then back to Sherlock.
Sherlock then looked back at me and moved out of the way for us to pass. I closed my door behind us and got my shoes on.
"Have a goodnight Sherlock." I said as we made our to the front door.
He just blinked at me but finally said something as he walked out. "Hope she feels better, nobody likes a sick pussy."
