"This will be your new room," said my new mom. After showing me the rest of the house. It was beautiful! Not gonna lie. It was blue mostly, like one of the house I was adopted in. As we were going around, she asked me if I liked chocolate. I said yes...Everything that happened, her asking me about, this house, the car ride all so connected to the day I was once adopted. I tried to hold back my tears as it was one of my favorite houses I was adopted in. I still miss her.
*A few hours later*
"Come down stairs sweetie! Dinner is ready!"
As I left my room, I got extremely nostalgic. This day is almost exactly the same as that day, but why? As I entered the dinning room, she (so-called mom) wasn't wearing makeup and looked so much like one of the parents who adopted me. I was a bit confused but didn't pay much attention to her. I ate my dinner and left, I didn't want to have unnecessary interactions with her.
I went upstairs took a bath and as I entered the room a I saw a present on my bed. I guess she trying to create friendship now. I am not willing to do that. As I picked up the present it had a note on it. I read it and it was from mom! I excitedly read it and it said,
"I already miss you! Hope you are doing good. I am sure she is taking good care of you, obviously. Whenever you have time tell me we'll meet. Take care. Love Mom."
I so miss her too!! I dont when I'll be allowed to leave the house though. I opened the present and it was a picture of us!! I put it up on my side table to see it every day as I wake up.*The next day*
I woke up to the chirping of birds. To be honest this place is like a dream house. I love it but not the people who live her. I woke up got ready, and I was just checking my mobile, a girl walked in with breakfast in her hands. It was everything I loved. How did she know? I'm so confused.
