Amies POV:
As I stared blankly at my phone I heard mum screaming at my little brother Andrew. Then she came walking into my room and started screaming at me.
"Your always on your phone, you never help me with anything!" She proceeded to say while whaling around her dusting mitt.
POV switch
She doesn't help me with anything these days. She just sits on her phone, typical 18 year-old.
"It just so happens that I have jobs for you before you leave for New York City tomorrow." She exampled with her hands on her hips. As Amie slump out of her chair her brother came crashing in and started recking things.
POV switch
"GET OUT OF MY ROOM YOU LITTLE BRAT!" I shout as I grabbed the back of his shirt and dragged him out.
That night:
Amies POV
It felt like the night will never end. Star after star. It seemed like it would go on forever. But just as I was about to fall into a deep sleep the lights flicked on and my dad ripped off the sheets. I moaned as loud as a cow grazing in the fields. "I don't want to get up!" I said face planting my head on the pillow.
"Come on you'll miss you flight." Dad said as he started tickling me. As I giggled and thrashed I had second thoughts on going to uni in New York, but then all of a sudden my brother came crashing through the door again this time a happy feeling crossed over me.
POV switch
I'm going to miss her I thought in my head while watching them play together.
"All right now grab your bags, we are going to the air port." I said with a joyful tone.
At the airport:
Amies POV
As the plane took of I could see my family sitting and waving me goodbye. I waved back but by then all I could see was clouds. As I drove into New York City I all of a sudden felt very lonely.
At the uni:
The loneliness went on as I went to my dorm. i was the only one in my dorm at this time and at that moment I knew I was very lonely. I felt like a crumb in a field of wheat.
