Chapter 8

Matt's P.O.V(**wink wink*)

WARNING: MAJOR FEELS AHEAD!

"It's ok matt I can handle her. Can you just get me some water?" she asked me.

"Sure. Whatever." I can't believe she wouldn't let me help! I was not going to leave with out helping her so I turned to Rachel and said

"I swear if you touch one hair on her body you're going to die. " Then I walked away. I got a cup of water for Alex but when I got back to were we were standing there was a huge crowd blocking everything. Something must have happened! I think to my self. I try to push through the crowd but I have a cup of water in my hand and no one was budging. After a few minutes of no one moving, people start to leave little by little. I see Alex in the fetal position on the floor bleeding. I try to run to her to help her but, she quickly jups up, and looks around. She then grabbed her board and was out the door. I start to run after but was stopped by a teacher.

"Where do you think your going Mr. Espinosa?" the teacher says as she glares at me.

"Ummmmm to class." I reply and quickly run to class. I spent all of my class thinking about her. My mind was racing. Is she ok? Is she badly hurt? How badly is she bleeding? Is that perfect beautiful face hurt? I swear i will kick the crap out of Rachel!... Wait did I just call Alex beautiful? Well i mean she is but thats not the point.

The next thing i know the bell is ringing signaling that class is over. I ran out of school as quicky as I could to Alex's house. When i got to her house, the door was unlocked so I went inside. I heard music plying in her room so I went up the stairs to her room. The door was open just a little more than a crack so I peer inside. I see her get up and put on music. She walks into the center of the room and just stands there for a minute. I debate weather or not to go inside but then she starts to move. Alex was dancing a little then she would stop, go over to her computer write something down and starts the music over. Each time the music goes for longer and the dance gets better and more detailed. I'm in awe. She is AMAZING! Why has she never told anyone about this? As I stare, I start to loose my balance. The next thing i know Im falling into her room.

Hello is someone there?" she asked worried that someone was watching her.

"Oh yeah sorry. It's me. I just got here don't worry!" I say as I take a step into her room.I can tell that she is surpriesed to see me. I told her that I'd always be there fore her yet she didnt think i would comfort her when she needs it?

"Are you ok? I saw what happened and im sorry i didnt come sooner. I wanted to give you some time to recover." I lie. I took a seat on her bed, grabbed her waist and pulled her towards me. She cuddles up next to me and the next thing i know she is crying. Seeing her cry killed me inside. I tryied to comfort her as best i could. I rubbed her back and held her and waited for her to stop crying. She sits up and i wipe a tear away from her eyes.

"Why are you being so nice to me?" she askes. I don' know because your perfect and not being nice to you is like a crime. No I can't like her. She is my beat friend. I gently caressed her cheek then started playing with the ends of her hair. I had no idea what to say to her with out confessing my feelings. After a minute of silence I shrugged. She placed her head back down on my shoulder and I hug her. She needs to know that im here for her now and I always will be. She got up to turn the music off but I didnt wan't her to. I grabbed her wrist and pulled her back to me.

"Show it to me?" I say pretending I have never seen her dance.

"No. I don't dance in front of people." She replied. I had to see the dance for real so I put on the cutest and sadest puppy dog eyes and she finaly caved. she rolled her perfect green eyes and started to dance. The song was almost over when she tripped after the turney things and landed with a smack on the floor. She starts to giggle that giggle that I could never get enough of. Then I crack and started laughing. We were laughing until we were holding our stomachs with tears in our eyes.

"Help me up!" she screams. So I stood up and walked over to where she was laying on the floor. I give Alex my hand and she takes hold of it. The next thing i know I come crashing down ontop of her. We we're in the perfect position to kiss and i cant resist. I glance at her flawless face then directly at her smooth lips. I leaned in a little cloaser giving her a chance to push me away. I know I shouldn't kiss her but something comes over me and I can't resist. I lean in and kiss her. I was expecting Alex to push me away within seconds but she doesnt. To my surpriese, she kisses back! This moment is perfect until she pushes me away and tells me to stop. I know I fucked up everything. Great. I can't believe I did that! I guess I looked upset because she tries to comfort me.

"This isn't right I'm sorry. Were friends nothing more. I couldn't dare ruin that." Friendzoned... just waht I wanted.

"It's not your fault. I don't know what came over me. I'm sorry" I said to her in an attempt to make things less awkward.

"I think you should go." Alex says as we stand up and leave her room. She walks me out the door and closes it behind me. I know I messed up, BIG time.
