"Please America, help me against the Nazis!"

As America was about to leave the room, England suddenly clung to him. America sighed, annoyed at the European for not understanding his people's view.

"Dude, you know I can't side with you guys. I'm not suppose to interfere with the outside world with problems like war. How many times must I tell you?"

England's eyes went glassy with tears. He pried himself off slowly as he started going back, America watched as he left. His heart felt a tingle of pain as England's usually clean look, was one of a wrecked, bloody one. It looked like the war got so bad, that England couldn't afford to look good anymore.

America closed his eyes as he thought of the world meeting room. He thought of France, who was usually proud, held a of a broken dog. He followed every instruction that Germany had commanded, for he had become a puppet state. The nordics were sitting next to Germany, monotone, but looking desperate. All except Finland, because he was allies with Germany before. The countries that Germany had annexed, like Austria and Czechoslovakia were gone. Russia looked afraid, but held a deathly glare, filled with ice, to Germany. Japan and Italy kept talking with a condescending smirk, and China kept his head down for the entire meeting.

America went home on a bomber plane since he wanted to be sent home quick. As he went to the White House, he thought about the neutrality act, the one thing that kept him from helping the collapsing Europe. He was making progress, for he had renewed the 'cash and carry', which allowed him to send materials to England and France, but France had fallen, and England won't be able to pay for the weapons anymore, for the battle of Britain and the campaigning of North Africa had made England broke.

Roosevelt was definitely pushing the neutralities act. America guessed that Europe was really in a desperate situation. Roosevelt knew that England was on the brink of collapse, For The third Reich was trying to take over Europe.

America had thought that Germany was joking, that the capabilities of the allies were enough, even more when Russia and his mighty oil fields finally joined the allies. Now as America looked back on the past, he realised how stupid he was.

Russia was betrayed, the Maginot line was not long enough, and the English Channel didn't keep England far enough to spare him from the bombings. The Germans, even though limited in resources (at least compared to the allies) had superior leadership, weapons, and even at one point, tanks.

America knew that once Germany and Italy had taken over Europe, and Japan taking over the east and south, they would be cocky enough to attack the mainland US.

He promptly went to the presidents office and told Roosevelt what he had thought. Roosevelt held a concerned look. Roosevelt needed to repeal the neutralities act fast, before Germany had broken Englands will to fight.

The next day, Roosevelt announced on TV, that congress might repeal the neutralities act. The populace became angry, and protested. The limited workers, caused by the Great Depression, also joined.

"We will not send any of our men to die!"
"We will stay neutral!"

America's citizens were revolting, and refused to make any weapons. America felt sick, he would have felt that his people would understand, and join the war. Now, there were even more unemployment, and the economy went down even more. America scoffed, although he was physically suffering, he knew it was the citizens will be the one to carry the main shame. They were the one that refused to be carried out of the Great Depression.

"Hey England?"

America froze, as he walked on the bombed out ruins of London, he was met with the bloody country, lying on the floor. England's eyes lost their sparkle, and was dull. America bent down and cried.

"Another country lost because of you"

A voice snapped America out of his miserable thoughts. His eyes scared as he spotted a trio's shadow faintly painting itself on England's body, and the dust he was lying on.

Germany's Luger were pressed to America's forehead.

"Say goodbye"

Screams rang though the streets of Washington DC. Bombs fell on the buildings, as Japanese and German infantry and tanks paraded across the streets. Italy skipped across, randomly offering pasta to the axis soldiers. The American flag was lifted off, as a third reich, Fascist Italy, and Imperial Japans' flags were lifted on. The German flag was the highest, the Japanese was second, and Italy's was the third highest.

"The axis on which the destiny the world would turn. We have achieved our goal, thank you for allowing me to participate if this momentous event."

"You played a big part in this-a!"

"Ja, and the Americans went down pretty easily. I guess the economy and military wasn't really as good as I have expected."

"Ve~ lets celebrate!"

The trio laughed as their dreams of world conquest were accomplished.
