Chapter 1: Broken souls

Prerna sits in the couch with a coffee mug and started reading a letter which Krish gave her. Krish stood in front of her with nervous. She completed reading it and took a deep breath. She drinks the coffee for 5 minutes which is needed to make a decision about her elder son Krish's future. Just 5 minutes!! How come just 5 minutes is enough to make the decision. Not any normal mother can take, but she can. She is the toughest mother, who shows all love to their kids but at the same time take care of that love shouldn't blind either her or her sons. Sons saying so, she has three sons. First one is Krish... Krish Malhotra. Then, the second one is two kids, yes twins... Pragul and Ragav Malhotra.. unidentical twins. Krish just completed his college while Pragul and Ragav are 3rd year in college, studying B.B.A.

Prerna: So, You gave audition for Radha Krishn telly series without knowing to me.

Krish gulped down his saliva. He very well knows he misused his mom's freedom by lying, he is going on tour with few of his friends and went to Pune and gave audition for RK new telly series. Perfectly, he had planned everything and execute this plan without even knowing to his brothers except to one soul who he loves the most next to his family, his girlfriend Janvi. Yes, he is in love with Janvi for the past two years, though both know each other from Childhood. Janvi's mom and Krish's mom are friends. Not only they, even Charmi and Sia's mom's are friends with Janvi's mom and Prerna. So, Krish, Pragul, Ragav, Janvi, Charmi and Sia know each other from childhood. Krish is elder to everyone. They 6 are always roamed together in school and now in college. They will fight and tease like anything among them. But never let any third person interfere in their business. Only Janvi knows about his audition.

Krish: I am sorry, mom.

Prerna: So, you gave. Fine, I will agree to act only on one condition.

She looked at Krish for the answer.

Krish: Sure, mom.

Prerna: If you get married, I will allow you to act.

Krish's eyes widened in shock. He never expects his mom will tell him to marry at this age. He is just 22. He will gladly agree if the bride is Janvi. But, he doesn't have the courage to tell his love to his mom, as she is studying. He very well knows his mom dislikes any kind of distraction during studying. So, she won't accept his love for Janvi. If she does he has to forget his passion for acting because she will allow to marry Janvi only after her studies. Good chances won't knock your door often. He very well knows that. He thinks whether Love or Passion. But it's tough. He tried to defend his mom.

Krish: Mom, I am just 22. Marriage at this age.. Also, I not yet join work also.

Prerna: See, Krish, I already selected a bride for you. I just wish you to settle in your job. But, now I am afraid of gossips in the telly industry. I won't say the acting profession is bad but those gossips will spoil your life. I don't wish that to happen. At the same time, I don't wish you to spoil your passion because of me. So, I decided. I selected a girl who will understand you in every situation. Now, your answer is only pending. Whatever your answer I will agree.

He thinks for a while but it's really difficult for him. He felt tired of thinking. His heart is not ready to give up any one thing between Janvi and acting. So, he decided at last.

Krish: Mom, I need time.

Though his mom is a little bit strict, she is not that much cruel. She always allows her sons to speak. She always believes people should speak to defend themselves and get their rights. The same thing she taught to her sons. Her sons are only afraid to misuse her love. Never they tried too. Moreover, their mom is like a friend to them.
