Clare's POV
I was the first one to wake up so I turned dad's alarm off aka don't throw it away from their new album happiness begins and then I gently shook them awake and Demi woke up first.

Clare: morning
Demi: how did you sleep?
Clare: as good as I can considering there's three people in the bed, when we can talk about sleeping in my own room again?
Nick: (opens his eyes) morning kiddo
Clare: morning daddy
Nick: what do you want?
Clare: what makes you think I want something
Nick: because you called me daddy
Clare: doesn't mean I want something
Nick: come on out with it even if it's going to cost me
Clare: it's not going to cost you a dime I just want to know if I can sleep in my own room again
Nick: not going to happen
Clare: whyyy
Nick: because you still can't be trusted and it's too early to talk about this
Clare: it's (looks at the clock) eleven thirty
Demi: and we just woke up
Clare: fine I'll drop it for now
Nick: okay let's go down and make breakfast
Demi: good idea, come on
(They get out of bed and walk downstairs and into the kitchen to start making breakfast a few minutes later the rest of the family joins them)
Alena: so what's the plan for today?
Demi: I have to meet Phil at the studio to start recording some new songs
Nick: the boys and I have a photo shoot
Sophie: I was asked to go to Milan to start trying on outfits for fashion week
Joe: what time is your flight?
Sophie: i have to be at the airport in an hour
Danielle: the girls and I can take you
Alena: actually mom I was hoping that Tina, Clare and I could go somewhere today, we still haven't seen a lot of Cali
Kevin: you girls by yourselves I don't think so
Alena: why not?
Joe: because whenever your alone you get into trouble
Tina: that's not true name one time
Nick: how about the fact that you girls crashed my car
Kevin: or went to a club
Joe: or the time that Clare went to mall jail
Alena: okay fine you guys have a point but I promise if you let us go nothing's going to happen, we just want to go to the pier maybe go on some rides and eat Cotton candy
Tina: and take really cute pics
Clare: that sounds like so much fun and I can invite Ricky too
Joe: what do you think guys should we trust them?
Nock&Kevin: no
Kevin: the answers no
Alena: what if mom came with us?
Danielle: I am sorry girls but after taking Sophie to the airport I have to come back here and work on the jewelry collection
Tina: so what your saying is it's Sunday and we are stuck at home?
Nick: you guys can hang out in the pool, or the indoor movie theater, this house is huge I am sure you can find something to do
Clare: what if I ask Ethan and Grayson if they can come with us? Then we won't be alone and you trust them right?
Tina: or Brent and Eva they are older and responsible too
(Nick, joe and Kevin look at each other and then their wives for a few minutes)
Nick: fine only if you can get one of them to go and you still need to eat while your there and if you girls get into any trouble your never going out again understand?
Alena: yes! Thanks guys!
Kevin: yeah yeah just listen to us okay? And no driving they have to pick you up deal
Clare: deal, I'll text them now (takes her phone out)
Clare's pov
Dad finally let me keep my phone because he disabled the social media so the phone's only good for calling and texting but it's better then nothing. I went on my phone and decided to text the twins first but then I thought why not just invite the whole group so I created a group chat.

Clare: are you guys busy today? The girls and I were thinking of going to Santa Monica pier
Ethan: gray and I are down
Brent: Eva and I too, but I'll probably invite Lexi and Ben too
Clare: okay sounds good! Could one of you pick us up Alena's not aloud to take nick's car.....
Grayson: what happened?
Clare: it's a long story, I'll tell you later
Grayson: okay
Ethan: we can pick you up
Brent: we'll meet you guys there then
Clare: okay! Thanks e and gray
Ethan: no problem we'll pick you up in about an hour
Clare: okay :)

Demi: breakfast is ready, can you guys help set the table?
Danielle: yeah of course
(Everyone sets the table with plates, forks, napkins and orange juice and then they all sit down and start eating)
Clare's pov
I looked at the food in front of me which was a waffle with whip cream and a few strawberries, I could feel my stomach churn because of all the calories I was about to eat but I picked up my fork and ate the strawberries first and then grabbed my knife and scraped the whip cream off the waffle and put a very tiny bit of syrup and took a bite of the waffle and I forced myself to swallow it bite after bite until it was finished and I drank half my orange juice.

Clare: alright I am going to go get ready

Alena: same
Joe: wait a minute Clare we want to talk to you for a sec
Clare: okay...
Alena: we'll meet you upstairs
Clare: okay, what's up?
Nick: we just want to tell you that we are proud of you
Clare: why...
Demi: because this is the first day that you actually ate without trying to put up a fight, or complain about it
Clare: I guess your right but we don't have to make it a big thing okay?
Demi: we are not, we are just trying to let you notice that your making progress and that's a good thing
Clare: okay... can I go upstairs now?
Nick: yeah sure
Clare: thanks (walks upstairs and meets the girls in her room)
Tina: what did they want?
Clare: to tell me that they are proud of me for eating without having a panic attack or complaining
Tina: that's good then your making progress
Clare: I guess... I am going to look for something to wear (walks to her closet)
Tina: did I say something I shouldn't have?
Alena: no I don't think so
Tina: okay (walks over to her suitcase)
Clare's pov
I walked into my closet to look for something to wear and decided on a lavender lace up crop top with some jean shorts and sneakers since we are going to be walking, then I went to the bathroom to shower really quick and got dressed and put my hair in a braid and I was ready to go. Alena chose a plaid designed crop top with shorts and sneakers and Tina chose a button up crop top with shorts and sneakers.

(The girls go downstairs where the adults are getting ready to leave the house)

Nick: alright be safe, have fun and please please I am begging you don't get into trouble
Joe: we don't want to get a call saying you go arrested or see some crazy headline tonight on the news got it
Alena: yeah yeah we get it
Tina: have some trust in us
Kevin: that's a funny joke
Clare: alright we gotta go bye love you guys

(The girls leave the house and get in Ethan and Grayson's car)

Tina: thanks for picking us up you literally saved us from spending our Sunday bored at the house
Grayson: haha you guys got lucky we had nothing planned today
Clare: it's true they are usually really busy
Alena: well thanks again
Ethan: no problem, let's go
Clare: I am going to text Ricky is that cool?
Grayson: I guess... but he better not hurt you again or I will hurt him
Clare: don't worry he's really changed
Ethan: hmm we'll see about that
(Clare takes her phone out and texts Ricky)

Clare's POV
The rest of the car ride we blasted the music with the windows rolled down and talked, laughed and just had a blast until we got to Santa Monica pier and parked the car, and got out and met up with Brent, Eva, Lexi and Ben.

Brent: hey guys (hugs Clare, Alena and Tina and then bro hugs Ethan and gray)
Lexi: how are you guys?
Clare: good how about you?
Lexi: great

Clare's pov
After the hugs we walked up to the ticket booth and we bought the tickets and entered the park and started walking around, we decided to take some pics first because the scenery was gorgeous. The girls and I did a few poses and then Brent carried Eva which was super cute and so did Ben and Lexi, and then Ethan and Grayson decided to pick each of us up and we took a few pics in front of the Ferris wheel until finally we stopped because we figured we'd be taking more pics anyways and headed to make the line for the Ferris wheel and then fans started to recognize us.

Kiara: haha well that's what the fans call you on social media and stuff
Tina: I am just messing with you
Clare: (smiles) sooo how about that picture
Kelsey: right! (Takes her phone out and they take the pic)
Ben: what's your Instagram we'll follow you guys
Kiara: omg that would be awesome!
(Kelsey and Kiara give them their Instagram and they follow them and then get on the Ferris wheel)
Clare's pov
Thankfully the Ferris wheel had a round cart so we were all able to fit and when we got to the top we couldn't help but take another picture because the view was breathtaking we could see the entire park and the holly wood sign. After the Ferris wheel we headed for the west coaster which held two people so it was Alena and Tina, Brent and Eva, Lexi and Ben, Grayson and I and Ethan in the back with another girl who turned out to be a fan. When we got to the drop we all lifted our hands and screamed to the top of our lungs which turned into laughter, I loved the adrenaline from the speed it felt incredible. After that we went on the sea dragon which is this giant swing in the shape of a dragon. If you have ever been to an amusement park then you know what I am talking about, after the dragon we went on inkie's scrambler, I know it's a weird name but it's so much fun and super fast if you love roller coasters you'll love this one. After that we decided to take a little break and play some games and get cotton candy, we headed for the cotton candy first and that's when we got spotted by paparazzi... to be honest I am surprised they didn't find us sooner.

Person 1: Clare how are you feeling! Are you having fun with your friends!?
Person 2: is this your new squad? What happened to your old one, did you and your boy friend break up
Person 3: Alena, Tina anything you can spill about the boys next album? Are you guys planning on moving to Cali?

Brent: sometime in October that's all I am can say
Person 5: after the señorita parody are you and Eva officially a couple?
Eva: no comment we are just best friends
Person 1: yeah like Shawn and Camilla are just friends
Clare's pov
After that comment we just continued walking past the paparazzi and we let them take their pics from a good distance, because they weren't going to go away even if we didn't answer questions they would still want pics so that they could make their money at the expense of our privacy but whatever we still had a good time. We played whack a mole, water race, balloon bust, ring toss which no one won because that's the hardest game in any amusement park. The rest of the day we played more games, went on more rides and just spent time together until nighttime came around and I got a text from Valerie saying jack and Hayden were throwing a party and invited us.

Clare: hey guys Valerie and Hayden are throwing a party you in?
Brent: we would but we have to be up early tomorrow
Clare: okay
Lexi: bye guys (they hug each other and then go their separate ways)
Clare: what about you guys?
Ethan: I don't know Clare we haven't seen them in a while and to be honest trouble always follows
Clare: we'll be responsible we don't have to do anything crazy
Grayson: I don't think it's a good idea Clare and I am pretty sure your cousin's would agree
Alena: yeah if I have to see jack it'll be way too soon
Tina: agreed
Clare: fine I guess we'll just go back to the house and rent a movie and heat up some popcorn like we always do
(Alena and Tina look at each other)
Tina: on second thought we only live once right, why not have some fun
Alena: if your in then I have no choice but to go
Ethan: we'll drop you guys off if you want but we aren't staying
Clare: fineee if you guys are sure
Grayson: yeah we are sure
Clare: alright
(They all get in the car and start driving)
Ethan: I feel like we should just drop you guys off at home...
Clare: ethan noooo
Ethan: (sighs) we are supposed to be the good influence on you and be responsible, I don't have a good feeling about this
Grayson: me either
Ethan: yeah Clare your not going to like this answer but we are taking you back home
Clare: please Ethan don't, we just want to have fun and I promise we'll be responsible, Alena tell them
Alena: I get where you guys are coming from but with me there do you really thing Clare and Tina will do anything stupid
Grayson: she's got a point E
Ethan: ugh fine but any sign of trouble call us okay? And don't do anything your going to regret tomorrow
Clare: deal
Ethan: alright fine I am going against my better judgement here but whatever
Clare's POV
Thirty minutes later we arrived at jack and Hayden's house so we said bye and thank you to Ethan and Grayson who told us to call us if anything happens and after promising them several times that we would they let us get out of the car and we walked up to the house.

Clare: we are good, we finished at the pier and then headed to the mall to see IT chapter 2, we just got here and was about to text you guys
Kevin: oh okay where's Alena? Why didn't she answer the phone
Clare: she's in the bathroom and asked me to hold her phone
Kevin: alright how long is the movie?
Clare: like 3 hours so we should be home by eleven
Kevin: alright I'll tell your dad, you girls have fun
Clare: thanks uncle Kevin byee
Kevin: bye

Clare: and that's how you take care of that (hands the phone back to Alena)
Tina: girl you seriously should get into acting, that sounded so believable!
Clare: what can I say? I haven't lost my touch now let's go have fun

Clare: of course I did, I wouldn't miss a party
Jason: I don't for a minute we were thinking you were going soft on us
Clare: haha very funny, I am still me and this girl wants a drink, hook me up?
Jason: sure what about your cousins
Alena: we are good
Tina: yeah no thanks
Hayden: didn't think I was going to see you guys again
Alena: well you know where Clare goes we follow
Tina: yeah we are kind of a package deal if you haven't noticed
Jack: we did, but I am glad you guys came, make yourselves at home
Hayden: actually Tina mind if I pull you to the dance floor (takes her hand)
Tina: oh I don't
Clare: yes she does, now go have fun (pushes Tina to Hayden)
Jack: cool I'll see you around but Alena save me dance for later okay
Alena: in your dreams pretty boy
(Jack winks at her and then walks off while Clare and Alena follow Jason to the bar)
Jason: so where's your boyfriend Clare?
Clare: I was about to ask you that, he said he had stuff do with the crew today
Jason: I haven't seen him today, but I am sure he'll show up, now what do you in the mood for?
Clare: a margarita would be great
Jason: okay how about you Alena?
Alena: like I said I am good
Jason: alright alright (starts making the drink when Carly, Katie, Valerie, and Jackie walk over)
Valerie: Clare!! Sarah said you were here and I knew I had to look for you
Katie: you guys look great by the way
Clare: thanks you too
(Jason hands Clare the drink)
Jason: now if you'll excuse me I am going to find a girl and drag her to dance
Clare: haha have fun (takes a sip of her margarita)
Clare's pov
I finished my margarita and then took my phone out and called Ricky which went to voicemail so I called again and it still went to voice mail which was weird so I sent him a text and again no answer, I decided to just let it go and finished my drink and got another one and another one until I was full on drunk and went to the dance floor and grinded on some guy and just let go.

Alena's pov
I looked over my shoulder and saw Clare dancing and enjoying herself and I thought to myself I wish I could be as care free as her but I am not in fact I am the complete opposite of that, I follow the rules, I do what's right and half the time I do it because I have to. My train of thought got interrupted by jack walking up to me and if I am being honest he's really cute but he's not the kind of person I should be with and I know that but he looks really hot right now and I am still a girl with hormones so why not just have a little fun.

Jack: so Alena I believe you owe me a dance
Alena: I don't owe you anything pretty boy
Jack: so does that mean your not going to dance
Alena: I am just messing with you, let's go (takes his hand and walks to the dance floor)
Tina's pov
So I lost Clare and I lost Alena and I am sitting on the couch by myself because I have nothing better to do, I would drink but after what happened last time I'd rather not and I could go on my phone but I am not in the mood, so I am just watching everyone else drink, smoke, and dance until I felt someone sit next to me and I looked over and saw it was Hayden.

Tina: are you trying to say your stalking me
Hayden: I wouldn't say stalking but I was looking for you
Tina: (Laughs) and there's a difference
Hayden: definitely, come with me (stands up and takes her hand)
Tina: where are we going?
Hayden: do you trust me?
Tina: i don't know you have quite the reputation bad boy
Hayden: haha funny but seriously come with me
Tina: fineee (stands up and let's him take her to the room) what are we doing in here?
Hayden: I wanted to talk to you where it wasn't so crowded and maybe do something like this (leans in and kisses her)
Tina: you know I am fourteen right?
Hayden: and I am sixteen, that's not so bad is it?
Tina: I guess not...
Hayden: if you don't want me to do something just tell me to stop and I will okay
Tina: okay
Hayden: can I kiss you again?
Tina: yeah

Tina's pov
I can't believe my first kiss is with Hayden! I mean he's super hot and he might be a little older and definitely has more experience then me but still. I felt his tongue at the entrance of my lips and I decided to let him in so our tongues were battling for dominance and eventually he won, I felt his hands go to the buttons of my shirt and he looked up and asked if he could take my shirt off and I said yes so he unbuttoned it and threw it on his bed, then he unclipped my bra and started running his hands all over my body and I could feel myself getting turned on, my hands grabbed onto his shirt and took it off and I ran my hands all over his abs and he started kissing me on the neck and I let out a moan.

I had just finished dancing with this guy and stumbled over to the bar where I ran into Leo and Chloe.

Chloe: hey there party girl
Leo: how much have you had to drink?
Clare: I don't know I lost count but I want another one
Leo: I don't think that's a good idea Clare, your already super wasted
Clare: since when does everyone treat me like glassss I want another drinkkkkk I am going to find Jason (tries to walk but almost trips and Chloe catches her)
Chloe: how about you just take a seat and Leo will make you something to eat instead, you should start sobering up
Clare: (whines) but I don't want to eat I want to drink it's more fun
Leo: Ricky would kill me if if I gave you another one
Clare: but Ricky's not hereeee
(Then mike, Aaron and Jason walk over)
Aaron: hey Clare i haven't seen you all night
Clare: I have been dancingggg, jasonnnn can you make me another margarita oh actually just make that vodka
Jason: I don't think so Clare your cut off for the night
Clare: that's not fairrrrr
Jason: you have had more then enough, how about I make you a sandwich instead
Clare: would you people stop pushing me to eat I don't want to, I ate earlier today and I actually got congratulated for it like I am some little kid, I am so sick and tired of being treated like one so if I want to get drunk and have some fun I will! (Stumbles back to the dance floor)
Mike: I should go keep an eye on her
Jason: good idea I am going to try and get a hold of Ricky, he should probably pick her up it's getting late
Mike: good idea
(Jason walks away to call Ricky)
Scene change: next door (Ace Family)
Catherine: Austin it's almost midnight and I am trying to get Alaia and Elle to go to sleep but I can't because the neighbors won't turn down the music
Austin: I know Bebe you want me to go next door and talk to them
Catherine: please and if they don't stop it then I we are going to have to file a noise complaint
Austin: alright let me go next door (walks out of the house and heads to jack and Hayden's house and knocks on the door and Aaron answers the door)
Aaron: yo what up
Austin: hey is Hayden or jack around?
Aaron: probably but I don't know where they are, can I help you?
Austin: yeah I have a three year old and an infant and my wife is trying to put them to sleep so if you could please turn the music off I would really appreciate it
Aaron: yeah sure man just don't call the cops okay?
Austin: I won't just make sure the music's down
Aaron: okay dude have a goodnight
Austin: you too
(Austin walks back to the house and Mike gets a hold of Ricky)

Mike: hey I don't know if your aware of this but your girl is here at the party and she's wasted
Ricky: she went!?!
Mike: yeah she showed up with her cousins, are you almost done with the sale
Ricky: yeah I just finished and I was heading home but I'll stop and pick her up

Alena's pov
Jack and I found our way to his bedroom, clothes were thrown on the floor and now we are making out on his bed, his hands were touching everywhere and I was a moaning mess and we were about to go all the way when we heard a knock on the door, jack groaned and threw his shorts on and opened the door to see mike.

Jack: what's up bro? Kind of in the middle of something
Mike: yeah well break it up because Clare is wasted and she about to strip on the bar table and Ricky's going to be here any minute
Jack: ugh fine we'll be right down, make sure Clare doesn't do anything stupid
Mike: to late but I'll try (walks back towards the bar)
Jack: we have to stop
Alena: why?
Jack: Ricky's going to pick you guys up and I'd rather you have clothes on
Alena: fineee (gets off the bed and gets dressed)
Alena's pov
We made our way back to the living room where I thankfully say Tina with Hayden and what looked to be a hickey on her neck but I can't be sure, and then I saw Jason and mike helping Clare off the table before she could break an ankle and a few minutes later Ricky showed up.

Clare: oh so now you show uppp
Ricky: don't start with me Clare, come on let's get you girls home before your dad's kill me, thanks for looking out for them
Jason: yeah no problem
Jack: yo Alena call me and we can finish what we started (winks)

Tina: bye Hayden
Hayden: later cutie (kisses her)
Ricky: alright let's go
(They all leave the house and get into Ricky's car and he starts driving to the house)
Twenty minutes later
Ricky: have you guys talked to your dad's? I am surprised they aren't blowing up your phone
Tina: Clare told them we were going to see IT and it's only twelve thirty, the "movie" was supposed to end at eleven so I sent a text saying that we were stuck in traffic
Alena: which is totally believable since it's California
Ricky: Clare's starting to rub off on you guys
Alena: trust me I know
Ricky: you guys didn't drink did you?
Tina: no we are sober and we have a house key so we could open the door, say hi to the adults and since Clare is passed out you could just take her upstairs and put her to bed
Ricky: what about tomorrow?
Alena: we'll cross that bridge when we get there let's just hope we can get away with tonight
Tina: good idea
(They pull up to the house, Ricky picks Clare up bridal style and Alena and Tina walk into the house)
Alena: hey familia we are home
Danielle: hey guys how was your night? We were starting to get worried
Tina: I sent dad a text though
Kevin: I know but still it's really late
Tina: sorry we can't control LA traffic
Joe: at least you guys are home
Nick: yeah how was the movie? Hey Ricky
Ricky: hey nick, Clare passed out on the car ride so can I go lay her down?
Nick: yeah you can put her in our room it's the first door on the right
Ricky: okay thanks (takes her upstairs)
Ricky's pov
I got to nick and Demi's room and put her on the bed and noticed that Clare was still in a crop top and shorts so I walked across the hall to her room and got a pair of pajamas and went back to the room and changed her without waking her up but just as I was about to leave she grabbed my hand and opened her eyes.

Clare: (whispers) thanks Ricky
Ricky: your welcome we'll talk in the morning (pecks her on the lips and walks back downstairs)
Joe: thanks for dropping them off Ricky, but what happened to the rest of the group?
Ricky: Ethan and Grayson had to leave early and Brent and Eva left after the pier
Kevin: oh okay well thanks again
Ricky: no problem it's getting late and my foster parents are going to kill me if I don't get home
Demi: alright we'll let you go
Nick: bye Ricky
Alena: thanks for the ride
Ricky: no problem later (he leaves the house)
Alena: well it's getting late I think we should head off to bed
Tina: good idea night dad, uncle Kevin and uncle nick (hugs them and goes upstairs with Alena)
Demi: well even though they got home a little later then we thought at least they are sober and in one piece
Joe: and they didn't get arrested or crash a car so I would say trusting them was a success
Nick: yeah for now, anyways dems I am tired how about you?
Demi: yeah let's get some sleep, goodnight everyone

(The adults all went up to their rooms and went to sleep)
