The drive home was not as awkward as she had expected. Evan commented on the buildings and homes they passed by as he drove down the streets, trying to make conversation. Once they arrived he had politely suggested that they leave dinner for another day so she could rest. She immediately said "Evan Alexander are you turning down my dinner invitation?Do you not trust that I'm an excellent cook?" He was surprised by the strength in her voice and the sparkle in her eye. Only a little while ago she looked scarred and wary of her surroundings. "I am absolutely not turning you down but I will be the judge of just how good a cook you are!" he replied with a grin so that she would know he was kidding. "I had the chance to do a shoot with a professional chef while on safari once and it was insane. I learned how to pan fry beetles and cook meerkats on a stick" he said jokingly. Her eyes were wide with amusement but then she seriously added "I don't condone the killing of innocent wildlife for sport. Your not a hunter are you?"....he laughed and slapped his leg and said "the only thing I hunt is a good restaurant with some good wine". She smiled and tilted her head and after a few heavy moments of silence she told him that she appreciated his coming to the recital and his care and concern for her well being. She asked that he not mention it to her siblings because they would just fuss over her. Then she told him she hoped he was hungry and ready to roll up his sleeves because she was putting him to work. He watched her get out of the car and beckon him to get out as well. Her slim figure ahead of him showing no signs of fatigue or stress. He was glad of it and looking forward to an interesting evening with this beauty. He seemed entranced with her in a way he had never been with anyone. Like a butterfly on a light breeze it was so easy to watch her and imagine himself with her. He followed her up the walkway and waited while she searched for her keys. Suddenly she put the palm of her hand to her forehead and told him she had forgotten and given her whole key set to Luis when she asked him to bring back her car. "I can't believe I did that. I can't call him because he has a therapy session with Natalya" she said more to herself than to him. She paced back and forth with her hand in the air seemingly working through the problem. "Alina, maybe your brother or sister are home? Should we knock and see?" She smiled and nodded her head in a negative and said "I thought of that but my sisters car is gone which means they're either at Marinas or at the gym". "Let me think. We might have a spare in the back yard. C'mon Evan lets go in the back and see." Once again he followed her noticing how her hair reached the middle of her back and how toned her arms were. He had to blink and cough as she was talking to him and he hadn't heard a word she said. She turned around and looked at him with a frown on her face. He immediately thought he was caught checking her out, but instead she said "I can get in through my window, I left it open to freshen up my room, but I'll need a little help. Are you game?" She had a grin on her face and looked like a fairy ready to cause mischief. "I'm at your command Ms. Salvatierra, what do I do?" He asked, but the response she gave him caught him so off guard he just stared at her with his eyes and mouth opened wide. "You want me to give you a boost so that you can climb up the trellis to your window?" ...but before he could proceed to tell her what an idiotic idea that was she responded by saying " Yes. I've done it a hundred times coming down, the going up part shouldn't be that hard. Hey, don't look at me like that". He shut his mouth and thought for a moment then said "Alina, you just passed out not more than an hour ago, I don't think it's a good idea to go climbing a trellis. If anyone's going to climb it should be me" he said rolling up his sleeves a bit more. "Wait, your to way to big, I mean heavy" she stumbled over her words as she felt a blush cover her face. "I mean your weight will surely bring the trellis down. My brother is about your size, and when he was younger he would try and sneak in through my window. My parents caught him because he broke the trellis both times. So no. You are not climbing up. Besides you are at my command and I command you to give me a boost". She looked up at him, batted her eyelashes a tiny bit and smiled. And really that's all it took. "Against my better judgement, i'll do it. But maybe you should tie up your dress because you'll get it caught while your climbing". She smiled saying "good point Evan, I'm so glad you're into this now". However instead of pulling up the hem of her dress and tying it up, she proceeded to take it off. Evan starred at her thinking she must have hit her head on the ground before he caught her. He didn't know what to expect until he saw the leotard she was wearing at the rehearsal. She had left it on when she got dressed. To see her lift up the dress over her head and take it off was a bit too much and he just starred again at her and the shape of her figure. She was perfect. Again she starred at him and saw that he was starring right back at her and then she said "Hey, I'm not the kind of girl that takes of her clothes in front of strange men, so get that silly look off your face". He straightened up a bit at that last comment and asked her exactly what she wanted him to do. She simply told him to allow her to climb up him to reach the trellis where it anchored to the house. Once again he starred at her face and then at her backside when she turned from him to face the trellis and look up at her window. "She said ok you bend down and I'll climb up your back onto your shoulders. That should be right about where the trellis is anchored to the wall and I can hang on safely from there. She turned to him and noticed that he wasn't looking at her, instead at the window above with Maxwell on the ledge. "Maxi. Hi baby!" Maxwell meowed and wrapped his tail around himself as he starred down at them.
"Ready" she asked him... "as I'll ever be" he muttered still not sure this was a good idea at all. She instructed him to crouch down so she could hook her arms around his shoulders and neck and hoist herself up onto his shoulders.'As instructed, he bent down and she began to move up against his back and press herself onto him. He was jolted with an acute awareness of her soft body against him. He reached behind her and clasped the backs of her thighs so she was secure. He felt like he was about to perform some sort of cheerleading exercise. She used her arms and leg muscles to push off his hand and pull her self further up his back. He could feel her muscles working as they slipped across his back. Using his hand for support on either side of her she managed her long legs around his neck and head and said with satisfaction "look at us, we did it. Eat your heart out cirque de Soleil". He grunted at that and couldn't take off the silly grin that formed on his face. He imagined his brother and grandmother looking at them with their mouths agape. His brother would be totally for it but surprised that Evan would allow it. His grandmother on the other hand would have turned away from the absurdity of it all. He thought to himself that of all the places he had been in the last seven years he couldn't think of one where he would rather be than right here. With Alina's legs wrapped around his head. The moment that thought formed in his head he felt a tingle in his hands as he felt the softness and strength of her thighs just under the palms of his hand. The next image he had was x rated and he had to physically shake his head to remind himself of where he was. "Hey what are you doing down there. I'm not that heavy am I?"...before he could answer she instructed him to move forward closer to the house. She reached up and grabbed the trellis to steady herself and then raised her leg to stand on his shoulder and then lifted her other leg and put her foot into an opening in the trellis. He backed up with his hands in the air just Incase she tumbled back wards. What he saw made his stomach clench and he was helpless to look away. Her legs shown their long muscled strength as she worked her way up to the windows ledge. He had to admit she was strong. She moved toward the window and positioned her feet so that her next heave up would put her at the window opening with her wait merely lined up to the sill. As she maneuvered her body he simply couldn't take his eyes of her. Now her bottom was in his line of sight. She had an amazing but. She had to jut it out in order to give herself enough energy to push up. He couldn't help himself and shouted "looking good". She stopped for a brief second and looked down on him with a steady gaze. He waved and smiled with what he thought must have been a stupid grin! Then in a flash she moved and up she went into her window and then turned back and told him she would be down in a second. He gathered her dress and purse and met her at the back door. As she opened the back door he just looked at her. Flushed face, hair falling out of her bun, and leaves attached here and there in the glorious depth of her dark silky hair. He coughed and looked down as he was sure she could read his thoughts. If she could he would be out on his ear in no time. "Evan Alexander, welcome to our home" as she opened the door wider to let him in he saw him. Arms folded across his chest, sitting in his chair with a huge smile on his face. Evan looked at Alina and let out a sigh "I knew It. We should have knocked first". Leo being as quick witted as his sister said "what and miss all this action, no way man. I haven't laughed this much in over a year". Alina turned around and through her dress at her brother. "Come on in Evan, make yourself at home. I'm going to run up and take a quick shower." To Leo she said "once you get over your hysterical laughter please offer our guest something to drink and don't start telling him all your stories about me". With that she ran up the stairs leaving Evan and Leo to look at each other and bust up laughing.
