Chapter 5: Pranks, Pranks, and more Pranks Part 2

     I shove Ashton against his locker.

     His eyes widen in surprise and I can feel his heartbeat quicken at my touch, "Dang woman, your like the hulk when your mad."

     I smirk, "Oh I'm not mad. I'm just here to give you a warning. Don't. Mess. With. My. Hair." I all but growl.

      "I'm not gonna lie, you look even hotter with short hair." He whispers huskily, making me blush.

     He grabs my waist and pulls me impossibly closer to him. He starts to lean in slowly and just as I'm about to close my eyes the bell rings and we pull away.

     Ashton curses under his breath, "Well, see you later I guess." Then he walks off leaving me speechless.

       Snapping out of my trance I start thinking about some good way to get him back.

Hmmmm... Oh my gosh I have the perfect idea!

Walking into science class I got more wolf whistles and more death glares. Sitting by Leila she immediately pipes up, "O.M.G! You look so good with short hair! Who did it? It looks so good!"

"Ashton did it." I mumble.

"Excuse me!?" She shouts, earning a glare from the teacher.

"It was Ashton's way of getting me back." I say.

"Well, his plan definitely backfired. You look even hotter than usual, and that's saying something."

"Well, I'm gonna get him back by changing up His appearance too." I smirk.

"Oooh! Give me the detes pu-lease!" She squeals.

"I'll tell you at lunch."

After earning many compliments from my friends at the lunch table, I tell them my plan.

"Okay, so back in Oklahoma my friend Jordan wanted to pierce his ears at home because he was too lazy to go and get it done. So we bought a piercer thingy on Amazon and I pierced his ears. As a 'goodbye' gift he gave it to me when I moved so I'm thinking we should sneak up on Ashton and give him some ear bling!" I say.

"That's a cool idea." Liz says, her tone sounding sad.

"What's got your panties in a wad?" I ask.

"Eli." Addy answers for her.

"Who?"

"Her 'lover," Savanna says, "She caught him cheating on her."

"I'm so sorry," I comfort, "to make it up to you, let's all meet at my place and pig out on ice cream and watch Netflix!" I declare.

"Yass!" The girls cheer.

After getting high on ice cream, and binging the new Stranger Things season, we pass out on my couch.

I wake up at around 6:00 in the morning.

"Ugh!" I groan, rolling my sore neck to try and loosen it.

Once the rest of the girls wake up we take turns taking showers and I pack the ear piercer.

We pile into my car, Savanna having to sit on Addy's lap.

The whole morning I'm giddy, excited for lunch so I can sneak attack Ashton.

Poor guy won't know what hit him.

Let's hope his ear is clean because I won't be able to wipe it with a sanitizing wipe.

      Actually I hope he gets an infection hehe.

Lunch rolls around and I run into the cafeteria, piercer gun behind my back. I spot Ashton at his usual table talking to James while Tyler scrolls through his phone.

I see Leila go and talk to James to distract him and nobody has to do anything to Tyler since he's too busy looking at girls in Bikinis.

I quietly tiptoe over to Ashton, hoping the noise from the cafeteria will distract him.

I hold the gun steady and put it up to his ear as quickly as I can, pulling the "trigger."

"Ow!" Ashton yelps, putting his hand up to his now pierced ear.

"What the-" A look of realization comes over his face as he turns to me.

"CAMERONNN!!!!" He screams.

I squeal and take off in the other direction.

I hear feet padding behind me and I know Ashton is close, quickly catching up to me.

     He grabs my wrist and pulls me into his hard chest. I can basically feel his abs as our chests touch.

     I look up to meet his beautiful green eyes.

     I notice the piercing makes his freckles sprinkled across his nose pop even more.

       Dang that may have backfired even more than my hair did.

      He looks even more sexier, the piercing adding to his bad boy persona.

      "Why. Did. You. Do. That." He whispers huskily, shoving me harshly against a locker.

       "Uh- I-" I was too speechless at or close proximity and his good looks to get a word out.

      "No matter the reason, your gonna pay." He whispers.

     Next thing I know he's smashing his lips against mine.

     A/N: OMG they finally kissed! YAY!!!! Hope you guys enjoyed this chapter! The prank war is still going strong but I think I'll take a chapter or two gap from them, to focus on their relationship and to maybe introduce Cameron's friends from back home more!!!
