Ciel- I wake up groan when the curtains are opened I start looking around seeing Snape beside my bed "hello Batsy"

Severus- "what's wrong young Ciel"
Ciel- I giggle uncontrollably before calming down "Sebastian" I see the shock, sadness but mainly joy within his eyes "I might have a few screws missing up there but I will always remember to man that alwayed called me young master, at first I was confused when you called me young ciel and was helping out but then I connected the dots"
Severus/Sebastian- "well done young master was always too smart for his own good after all, smart ass"
