Episode 9: Do I Like You?

Chaeyoung and Chanyeol walk home together but their speeds are slower than usual since they talk about random stuff a lot and they go along well together as they have the same code of humor and mutual interests in many things like books, movies, dramas, music, hobbies...

They finally reach Chaeyoung's gate...

"So how about granny?" Chanyeol asks of curious since Chaeyong comes home late today

"Oh! I already called to inform her that I'll be late already and I asked her to go to sleep as usual; don't wait for me back."

"Anyway, Gomabweo for today, Chaeyoung-ah! Jongmal Gomabweo! I was having a lot of fun today, and the cake too!" Chanyeol cannot hide his happiest smile with the dimple on the corner of his lip. His smiley eyes say it all that he is full of happiness...

"Gwaenchanhayo, Chanyeol-ah! I had fun too, today!" Chaeyoung gives her precious smile in front of Giant Yoda. He cannot help but look at her without blink with his gentle big eyes... He thinks her eyes are the most beautiful... Her chubby cheeks raise when she smiles too... He notices when she eats, her cheeks move cutely like a chipmunk... So cute! 'Snap! Come back to here Chanyeol-ssi!'

"So, you can go now, Chanyeol! Walk home safely and text me when you arrive home. I'm afraid you are robbed again, keke!!!" She laughs at him but his face does not move from his previous expression like he didn't listen to her... Does he think of something else? "Chanyeol? Did you listen?" Chaeyoung waves on his face and he finally comes back to his sense

"Oh! Yeah?" He answers surprisingly and asks back "What did you just say?" Chaeyoung sighs as he really didn't hear her

"Never mind! Just text me once you arrive home safely!" She waves as a goodbye and turns to her house

"Wait Chaeyoung-ah!" Chanyeol stops her and she turns back with the what-is-it face. Chanyeol takes a deep breath before continues his words "I've been asking myself the same question..." He walks closer to Chaeyoung. She doesn't response anything since she still doesn't get what he means yet

"I know that we haven't been friends for so long enough... But I always ask myself whenever and after I met you." He licks his dried lip and closes his eyes a bit to get courage "I don't why...why my heart flutters whenever I see you... so I've asked myself 'Do I like you already?' every time."

Chaeyoung widens her eyes shockingly... She gaps her lip for speaking but not a single word comes out so she shuts it... But suddenly he pecks his lip on hers... Wahhhhhh!!!!!!!!!! Chaeyoung widens her eyes even bigger and covers her lip after that short kiss! She looks at him without a blink and he looks back with his smile and gentle lovely eyes...

"I already had my answer today when you came out, sang a birthday song and held the cake for me." He pauses a bit and smiles "I really like you, Chaeyoung! I don't know when it started but I really like you!"

Suddenly, Chaeyoung hits his arms with her both hands

"You! Park Chanyeol! Idiot!! This is my first kiss!!! And you, nerdy giant Park Yoda, had it!!!!" She calls almost all his nicknames by now out of anger of being stolen from her first kiss... A Yoda just kissed her!

"Mine too!!!" Chanyeol says playfully with blushing. Seems like he enjoys her hitting him! She stops hitting but still pouting... "Jjinja! Neoleul joh-ahae, Chaeng!" (I really like you!)

Chaeyoung sighs but shedoesn't response anything back... Probably YET!
