Pilot Lucas (A Boku No Hero Academia fanfic)

Chapter 1 the realization

My name is Lucas Lycan
My parents are Damien and Rachel Lycan aka the richest people on earth. They made business with my mom's hotels around the world and my dad's weapons company.

  My dream of being a hero started with Fictional ones. I am a major fan of marvel I love characters like iron man, spider-man, hulk, the entire Avenger's group. I loved the idea of a famous hero team and I've always wanted to be a part of a hero team. In fact, I wanted to start the world's first top-ranked superhero team.
  While there are hero agencies with the head hero's and the sidekicks there hasn't really been a major top-ranked hero team besides The Wild Wild Pussy Cats. Sure they are popular but not as popular as someone like All Might. That's what I'm after, a hero team where every member is equally popular!
    My quirk is toymation, I make toys come to life. Sure it was fun to play with Legos that built themselves, watch action figures fight, or, have transformers toys transform, but nothing could be really used to save a life. Or stop the most dangerous of villains, at best I would've been used to fight low-level thugs, nothing UA would accept. And then it happened, the pivotal discovery that lead me on my path. It was my birthday and my aunt gave me this alien rifle, it had lights it had sounds, it had buttons dials. The way it worked is you turn the dial to a setting, the settings being, stun, normal fire, rapid-fire, shield mode, and Grenade mode. The settings worked as you'd expect.
    Set to normal fire you pull the trigger it makes an energy bullet sound. You put it in shield mode it makes a holo shield sound. You shoot it enough times you run out of ammo and have to pull back and forth this cover on the bottom a few times and then the light goes green and you're good. I was bored and it was the weekend and I was on my own. So I decided to mess around, I grab the gun and said "I wonder what would happen if I used my quirk on this?".
    I used my quirk on it and the thing morphed from the cheap plastic toy into a full metal object.
I set it to shield mode and press the trigger, a full-on holo shield formed around me in a ball shape. I double pulled the trigger to turn it off and set it to normal fire, I aimed the gun at one of my figures that was on a shelf and pulled the trigger, the gun release a bullet, but not a normal bullet, it was like a flaming bullet, maybe plasma. Anyways the bullet hit the figure and the figure turned to ash in an instant.
   With this discovery, I went over to my dad's hang-out Room, grabbed the key to his display case opened up the shelf with Avengers infinity wars- Endgame collection of infinity gauntlets, and grabbed the Hot Toys Nano Gauntlet. I stared at It wondering if I should do this or not. I sat in my room with the Gauntlet moved to my desk, I stared at it for who knows how long. I decided against it, I placed the gauntlet back in the display case. And I went took a nap.
   The next morning my dad woke me up for school and I got ready and we got in the car. On the way to school, I asked
" Dad, if I wanted to go to UA would you and mom let me?"
" I thought you said you didn't want to be a hero anymore because you realized your quirk wouldn't be UA worthy"
" but would y'all?"
"Yes, Lucas, if you want to go to UA your mom and I wouldn't stop you, we will help in any way we can"
"Anyway?"
" yes Anyway"
"then can I have your Hot Toy Nano Gauntlet that you keep in the display case in your hang-out room?"
"Lucas... what did you learn??"
"I learn I could make my Alien Rifle a real alien Rifle... I disintegrated my Endeavor action figure...."
"So it works on the gauntlet?"
" I don't know yet, I was gonna try but what would be the point if you guys wouldn't let me go to UA."
" try and see if it works after school and decide what to do based on that outcome. "
After school, I ran into the house as dad was unloading groceries. I ran into Dad's hang-out room, grabbed the keys, opened the glass display case, grabbed the Gauntlet, and used my quirk.
    The gauntlet took on the Nano properties of the real thing, the stone themselves gave off an Aura of pure power, I held the thing in my left hand and began to put it on my right hand the Gauntlet, just like it did in the movie, opened up and form-fitted around my arm. It was expanding and constricting as needed. In the end, the gauntlet fit comfortably around my forearm stopping just before my elbow. The thing was still changing shape though, moving the stone in place. It was at this moment I remembered the scenes in endgame of hulk and Tony put on the gauntlets, and the pain they felt of just having the Gauntlet on. I thought will that happen to me? Is it going to be that painful? It is a person-based thing? Sure Thanos was big and so was hulk. But Tony was a lot smaller than hulk. And hulk seemed to show more signs of pain with the gauntlet than when Tony had the gauntlet. Also, can I change the color of the Gauntlet? Red's not my color...
I was so worried about the possible pain I'd feel, I didn't realize the stones had been in place all along.
In my panic, I realized I had used the gauntlet to pause time.
"What?" I said out loud.
"But my hand is not even closed how am I using the gauntlet? Thanos had to make a fist to use the gauntlet, he had to snap to erase half of all life, it's the same thing with everyone else they had to do something with their hand to use it, but In my panic, I just activated it on accident?"
   I un-paused time and realized there is a pain, traveling from the back of my hand up my forearm into my upper arm through my shoulder and spreading into my torso. It was like an immeasurable pain, it wasn't infinite, it was bearable, but it was there and it was noticeable, it was like the feeling of stubbing your toe, hitting your funny bone, or accidentally biting your tongue. It was that accidental pain that you don't know how you can do it on accident and can't recreate if you tried. It's that sudden but numbing pain off bitting your tongue, mixed with hitting your funny bone, it's constant and annoying.
   Maybe that's why it was so painful for bruce. He's a scientist he's probably super careful and has hardly ever bitten his tongue, stubbed his toe, or hit his funny bone. Maybe he would've so careful like that to avoid turning into the hulk. I mean imagine that your eating at this nice restaurant, and you bit your tongue, get so frustrated and hulk out, now that's a family dinner ruined.
  The pain was something I would be able to hopefully get used to if I wanted to be a hero using the gauntlet.
I after learned how to control the Nanobots, I set a user preference that hopefully, my quirk remembers, I made it black, with hints of purple.
I then tried to see if I could use the stones again.
The first one I went for was the space stone.
I tried to do something small first, I lifted a coffee mug off the table. The stone did what I thought it would do, the mug was lifted up and pulled towards me, I was so excited that I let go of the mug and dropped it...... it smashed into a lot of tiny pieces.
Apparently, my dad was nearby, as he heard the shattering and ran into the room.

"Lucas??!! Are you ok?"

"I'm fine dad, I just dropped the mug in excitement, but dad look"

I used the space stone to pick up the pieces and then I tried using the time stone to fix it, and it worked.
I moved the mug into my dad's hand, and I stopped using the stone.
My dad was shocked
"That is amazing, what about the pain? From the stones?"
"It's not as bad as I thought it would be, it's like biting your tongue but constant, it's more of an annoyance than anything"
"So what have you learned to do?"
"Well the nanotech is customizable, so I made the gauntlet black and purple, and I can use the space stone and time stone"
"You won't have a better chance than now to use the mind stone so test it out on me"
"Dad, are you sure?"
"Yeah come on! Do it! I wanna know what it feels like"
"Theoretical I could do a number of things with this stone, but dad, you're asking me to mind control you, are you sure you don't want me to just grab a memory? Like maybe something you forgot want to know again"
" I mean I did forget the password to my Minecraft account"
"Something meaningful dad"
"Lucas, just hurry up and mind control me"
"Fine"
I used the mind stone on my dad to put him under my control, I made him do a bunch of laps around the room, then I released him.

"So what did being mind-controlled feel like"
"Like I was mentally here and not here, I knew what I was doing but I had no control over anything I was doing"
"Ok so I've used 3 of the 6 stones"
"And I think that enough for today when you mom gets home me and her need to talk about who we are gonna do to get you to go to UA, I mean it's an entirely different country, you'll need a place to stay-"
"One of moms hotels"

"Say that again?"

"Mom owns a famous fancy hotel/living complex business, I can use one of the living area she owns"

"Again we will have to talk to her about it"
Later after my mom got home she called me and my dad in for dinner as she got us a pizza. Dad brought up me being a hero in conversation.

My mom said "so you wanna be a hero again? But I thought you only wanted to go to UA, and you said your quirk isn't good enough for UA"

I responded "That was me being an idiot! I was thinking clearly! My quirks definition is "making toys real" and I wasn't using that correctly, sure I can make an action figure walk off the shelf, but that's not it being real, that's just a toy coming to life and walking around it's not the real thing it represents"

My dad told me "go get it and show her what you found out"

I got up from my seat and ran to my room I grabbed the gauntlet which was not "ON" so I was in the default color too. I ran over to the dinner table.
I showed my mom the gauntlet.

She was confused at first and then realized what I was about to do, I used my quirk on the gauntlet and the nanotech got to work setting itself to my color setting, I put the gauntlet on and let the tech do its thing. I then sit down at the table using the space stone to pick up my pizza for me, I then take a bit from the floating pizza.

"That is a whole other level of laziness" my dad commented

"So what are we gonna do for him being a hero? He was to go to UA but that's in a different country, the people speak a different language that we don't know" -my mom

"He has a solution to that, he could use the mind stone to instantly learn the language" -dad

"What about living? I could have him stay in one of the living complex's I own" -mom

"That's what Lucas suggested, but I've been thinking, if my son is gonna be a hero, he should live like it!" -dad

"Oh no" -mom
