The worst thing to do to all of your problems is to avoid them. Those were words my dad told me from a very young age, when I threw mud at a girl who was insulting a Trans kid. He told me that avoiding and ignoring your problems would only make them worse. So eventually you had to get brave and face them head on.

To this day I have problems doing so. And bluntly ignoring the two very attractive and striking men was growing more and more difficult. I would see them at any given moment. They came randomly and showed no signs that they were there until I saw them. It was especially in infuriating when they were at a place I absolutely had to be.

How they found my field-trip schedule was beyond me. One moment I would be behind all my students in a museum, the next I would have one or both men walking beside me, desperate to speak. The amount of times they had done this both in and out of work makes my eye twitch. Just as I remembered, they were as stubborn as they were handsome. It has gotten so out of control that they both brought me silver jet roses to work. My kids were starting to think that they were courting me. Some even thought one was my brother, even though I reminded them that I am an only child, and the other was my husband. They even asked where my ring was.

As Christmas Break came closer and closer, the men had gotten more desperate for my attention. With both final grades and even finals on my shoulders, I was getting more and more agitated. I finally snapped when they were following me at the store as I tried to find food for dinner. I turned on my heel and glared at the two. In all honesty they looked like two lost puppies.

"Will you two stop following me?!" I growled in a low tone as not to make a scene. Damien stepped forward and said.

"Only if you will take long enough for us to have a proper conversation." I said in a equally agitated tone. William had nodded with a desperate look. I rubbed my temples.

"Look. How about we meet up during break? I have grades and finals to do for work. Christmas is coming and I'm not sure what I am going to do for my students. Just back off long enough for me to finish with work." I spat out in a surprisingly soft and calm voice. They both looked to each other. they seemed to be having a quiet conversation. After a moment they both nodded and turned back to me.

"We agree if you swear to actually talk to us and not avoid us again." Damien said in a very professional voice. I grumbled a bit, my eye twitching in anger, before I stated three different swears. They all came to me and flowed out of my mouth out of habit. One was a pirate swear, the second the circus swear and the third was a swear that I had no clue were it came from but I knew it. They stared at me in surprise and shock before I huffed.

"Now will you give me some peace?" they nodded and hurried off.

When I got home reality set in and I groaned. "What have i gotten myself into?"
