"Yvonne!"

Nilayo ko agad ang cellphone ko sa tenga dahil sa lakas ng boses ni Tricia, my bestfriend sa kabilang linya.

"Omygod, Yvonne!"

"Tricia, will you please calm down?"

"I can't calm down Lara!"

Lara is my second name kinuha iyon ni mommy sa mommy ng mommy niya. Sweet right? Nakarating pa saakin ang pangalan ng ilang taon ng namayapa.

"Tricia.." sabi ko nag babanta na.

I hate calling me in my second name. But i love my great great grandmother kahit hindi ko na ito naabutan pa.

Its just that I am not used to it.

And my bestfriend really knows it. She loves teasing me in any possible way. But she always makes sure that its over the phone because if not. I will bury her alive.

Gusto kung babaan ng cellphone ang kaibigan kung baliw peru dahil curious ako sa sasabihin niya ay hindi ko ginawa.

"Tss ang haba talaga ng pasensya mo eh?"

"Okay bye-" hindi ko pa natatapos ng mag salita na siya.

"I am the Public Figure Yvonne!" she aanounced.

"Do you know what that's means?"

Tss ginagawa yata akong bobo nito.

"A Public Figure known to the
masses-" natigilan ako.

"Your the f-famous of the year?" tanong ko.

Ngayon lang saakin nag sink in ang sinasabi niya. Thats means she got the Famous of the year? God I'm really happy for my bestfriend, she deserve it.

"Yes..yes that's right!" she squirked

"Congrats Tricia.."

"Congrats din sayo dahil ikaw ang Queen of the year!"

"We should celebrate Yvonne! I'm really am happy!"

Ginagawa ito taon taon sa Trinity High para ma inspired lalo na mag aral ang mga studyante. Hindi ka mapipili kung ang baba ng mga grades mo dapat matataas at maintain ang grades.

Ako ang napili ng nakaraang taon kaya hindi ko na ito inaasahan ngayon. Peru kita mo naman at nasa akin parin ang title.

Hindi lang naman grades ang pag babasihan. Rich, Smart, Pretty and talented should be included. Kung wala ka sa isa sa mga iyon ay hindi ka mapipili.

Apat lang ang maswerteng makaka kuha ng title. Mahalaga sa lahat ito dahil hindi lang respeto ang makukuha mo sa mga studyante ng Trinity High kung hindi ikaw ang laging priority. You'll be a VVIP to them.

"Yvonne? Are you still there?" si Tricia.

"Y-Yeah.."

"Don't tell me you're shocked?"

Yeah Trish i should'nt be shocked.

"Don't be! You should expected it! You are the Queen of Trinity High and will always be."

Hindi ako nakapag salita. I am a bit guilty. Diba dapat give chance to others naman? Lahat naman deserve ang title...

"And guess who's The king of the year?"

Yeah right kung merong Queen of the year. Meron ding King of the year.
