Nashi Turns 6!

Lucy P.O.V.

"Natsu Dragneel you best get out of bed this instant or I'll throw all the pancakes out the window!" I yelled. I instantly heard footsteps run down the hall and stop with a chair screeching against the floor. "I won't let these pancakes go to waste! Serve 'em up!" Natsu said holding his knife and fork in hand.

"Not yet. I have to go get Nashi." I said going down the hall to Nashi's room. When I was there I saw Nashi wide awake playing with Happy and her toys.

"Is my little princess hungry?" I cooed. "Yes mommy!" Nashi may only be 6 but man is she intelligent.

Natsu wasn't kidding when he said that she would mature faster than any other child. "Hey mommy! Guess what today is?" Nashi beamed.

"Hmm... Is it national pancake day?" I joked. "No silly. It's my birthday!" Nashi giggled. "Oh really? I specifically remeber it being last year." I said.

"Nope! That's the funny thing about birthdays. They happen evry year!" She smiled. "Okay then. Lets eat some pancakes to celebrate before your father finishes them." I said.

Once we got to the kitchen I sat Nashi down in her chair and went to serve them and myself some pancakes.

When I set Natsu's plate down he immediately began to scarf them down as if he hasn't eaten in weeks! "Natsu... could you eat properly please. You're not exactly setting the good example for Nashi." I said pointing at Nashi who was copying her father.

Natsu P.O.V.

"Well it's not my fault." I shrugged my shoulders which earned me a slap in the back of my head. "It's going to be your fault when Nashi grows older with bad table manners." She scoffed and began eating her pancakes.

"Hey mama! I wanna play with Silver(The feels ;-;)!" Nashi smiled. "Well I think Juvia and Gray wouldn't mind bringing him over." Lucy smiled. Oh yeah. Ice freak and Juvia got married a couple weeks after our wedding.

They were already expecting but kept it a secret. Silver was born 4 weeks after Nashi so Nashi is 4 weeks older than Silver. Ever since Nashi and Silver met they got along just fine. Quite the opposite of Gray and I.

"Daddy!" I was snapped out of my thoughts by Nashi yelling in my face. "Yes Nashi?" "So can you take me to the park? Mama called uncle Gray if he could take Silver to the park so we could play and he said yes, but mama can't take me because she has errands to run." Nashi said.

I looked past Nashi at Lucy so see her making hand signs at me. I got the message to what she was trying to do. "I don't see why not?" I looked at Lucy and asked. "What time?" She looked at her phone and then back at me. "In about an hour." She said.

"Well that gives both of you enough time to get ready." Lucy said picking up the plates. "Yup, now go get some clothes ready so you could take a bath with mama." I said getting up.

"Hai!" Nashi dashed to her room to get some clothes ready. I suggest you get into the shower now." Lucy said washing dishes.

"Alright." I walked to our room got some clothes and got into the shower. I didn't want to take long so I finished as fast as I could. Once I was out, I changed into a pair of shorts and a red t-shirt. "Daddy~ you took forever." Nashi pouted.

"Sorry. Your dad just gotta look good." I said winking at Lucy making her blush. "Well lets go Nashi." Lucy said pushing Nashi into the bathroom trying to hide her blush.
