Enji: "doctor said you're stable now and you can be discharge if you wanted to"

Hawks: "arigato Endeavor-san"

No one dared to talk after , an awkward silence reigned the entire room as Hawks shifted his attention by looking at the window , he is aware of what Enji might be thinking right now but he decided to just not talk for he may say something he must not

Enji: "S ...Sorry"

Enji's baritone voice breaked the silence , Hawks sigh as he heard those words , he never wanted or needed those words specially if it is from Enji

Hawks: "naaaa ! C'mon ! Cheerup ! I'll be going home tomorrow , finally ! I can eat some chicken !"

Hawks tried to lift up the mood as he flashed a smiling face at Enji . But the crimson haired stayed serious as he walks closer to Hawks

Enji: "Stop acting like it didn't affect you at all"

Enji seriously said , Hawk held his chest for the thing inside of it was beating crazy upon hearing Enji's close voice beside him

Hawk: "I ..It is nothing , if you're worrying about me then stop , coz I'm fine see? The doctor even said that I can go h...."

Enji: "HAWKS!"

Enji's voice echoed in the entire room, the flame on his face ignite as anger was traced all over his face

Enji: "Stop...stop acting like it was nothing!"

Hawks crumpled his blanket upon hearing Enji's angry voice
He took a deep breath as he stared at Enji's eyes

Hawks: "I don't want you to feel any guilt because of what happened"

Enji: "LOSING YOUR WINGS JUST TO SAVE ME! HOW CAN I NOT FEEL GUILTY ABOUT IT?!!"

It was unusual for Enji to lose his composure , he just can't understand...how can Hawks manage to act in that way?!

Hawks managed to pull a smile on his face before speaking , a slightly glim of happiness sparks in his chest , knowing Enji was feeling something for him ....even if it is just a guilt

Hawks: "lossing my wings also means I can't be a hero anymore , I know those things Endeavor-san , I always knew about it"

Hawks touched his back where his red wings used to be , he sigh as he make the smile on his face be permanent

Hawks: "I'll be lying if I said that it didn't affect me at all ...But , Im not regretting it either because, IF LOSSING MY WINGS MEANS I'LL BE ABLE TO SAVE YOU AND KEEP YOU SAFE I WILL DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN"

Enji's turquoise eyes was suddenly filled by emotions , guilt, pity , anger , pain. His pride keeps him silent , everything seems to be blurr for him . But one thing is for sure ...above all the pain he's been through this pain that he is feeling right now was the most unbearable.

Ever since he meet the red winged , he is been feeling unease and comfortable at the same time , but he kept on denying the growing softness inside of him . But it is now different , the pain made him realized something

Hawks: "I know Im stupid for thinking that you need my help , you're strong from when I was a kid until now I know , you're always str ...."

Enji: " LIVE WITH ME "

Hawks was frozen by Enji's words .
Even if Enji was unsure of the reason he will no longer let anyone to hurt Hawks , he is determined to kill anyone who will hurt the Wing Hero !

Enji: "you ...you see I don't know what is this but , I ... I got this feeling that ...that .... Fvck!"

Enji cursed as he tried to maintain his composure , it was meant to say it much easier as he thought , but Enji cannot deny the fact that something is beating inside of his chest that makes him uneasy to say the things inside of his mind

Enji: "I ... I want to ..... to take care of you ,so live with me ! I don't care if you like the idea and you must agree !"

Hawks: "En ..deavor ..san"

Enji: "so ??? Your ...Your answer ?"

Hawks' smile suddenly vanished , he looked at the window hoping to find something that will make the pain inside of him to stop

Hawks: "Endeavor-san"

Hawks: "you don't need to do this much just because you're feeling guilty"

No , it is not about the guilt ,Enji was sure about it ...but he doesn't know either the reason why he wants to be with Hawks , why he MUST be with Hawks

Hawks: " I don't need your guilt or pity Endeavor-san , I just lost my wings but i still have both of my arms and legs I can take care of my self! "

Enji clenched his fist , there are lots of things he wanted to say but he was so afraid that he might say the wrong things , that he might say it in a wrong way

He doesn't want to hurt Hawks in any ways . He doesn't want to make the same mistake as he did to his former wife and his children, he wants to be a better person , he wants to take care of Hawks , he wants to be with Hawks , he wants Hawks' warmth !, he wants Hawks to look at no one but him !

Enji: " n ...no one but me ? thats it !"

Words slipped out of Enji's mouth , Hawks was caught off his guard when Enji suddenly pull his left arm to face him, Enji's turquoise eyes meet his'

Hawks: "Endeavor-s...."

Enji: " I WANT TO TAKE CARE OF YOU BECAUSE.......BECAUSE I MUST TO ! I WANT TO ! I WANT YOUR WARMTH ! I WANT YOU FOR MY SELF ONLY ! I WANT YOU TO STARE AT NO ONE BUT ME ! IT WAS NOT BECAUSE OF PITY OR GUILT ! "

Enji nearly lost his breath and tried to gasp for some air , he already lost his composure, he is so desperate to make Hawks believe that this is not about guilt nor pity

Enji: "I'm such a useless ! I must be the one protecting you, I must be t ......"

Hawks didn't able to control his self as he suddenly grabbed Enji's collar and pulled the big guy for a kiss
Hawks expected it to last just for a second and prepared his self to be literally burned by Enji , but he was so shocked when Enji started to move his tongue to deepened the kiss

The long passionate kiss was breaked by Hawks as he intensively stared at the big guy's face while gasping for some air. His sight was stopped precisely at Enji's big scar , Hawks caged Enji's face by his hands as he whispered

Hawks: "E ..Endeavor ...san .....
You're inlove with me for a while now don't you ?"

Hawks can't help but to smile, Enji's turquoise eyes is drowning him and he was a willing victim

Hawks: "also , Endeavor-san , did I mentioned that I can grow my wings back ?"

Hawks chuckled as he pulled the helpless Enji into his bed for a kiss.
