The alcohol burned your throat as you sipped on the drink. Your tight dress hugged your body and emphasized your curves, your legs were crossed and your strapped heels made them look longer. You sat alone in the lounge of the club that was reserved by your brother, but you could tell that many guys had their eyes set on you but none of them dared passed the line to join you.You wondered how long it was going to take for him to arrive, he knew that you hated waiting for him to arrive when he told you to be there at a certain time. The time seemed to pass slowly, 5 minutes turned into ten which ended turning into half an hour.

"Y/N," You could hear that familiar voice call out. You turned your head to see your brother step past the line, arms outstretched to give you a hug. You raise your brows at the boy, welcoming him in for a hug.

"Yashel. About damn time." You commented as soon as he pulled away. He rolled his eyes at you, gently giving your shoulder a shove.

"Come on hermana, don't be like that." He responded, grabbing a drink that one of his friends dropped by for him. You mimicked his action and rolled your eyes.

"How's Aaliyah?" You question, wondering how your little niece was. Richard's lips curled up at the thought of his baby girl.

"She's good. She misses her tia though." He answers. You nod at his response, you felt a little bad for not visiting your niece.

"Mind explaining why I'm here?" You ask him, downing your entire drink in one gulp. Whatever he was about to ask you, you knew that you needed the alcohol in your system.

"Right down to business huh, Y/N?" He asks. He looks at you, noticing that you stared the boy down, before continuing. "I have an arrangement for you. And it involves the business and one of my men."

"Yashel, what are you dragging me into?" You ask crossing your arms around your torso. The boy dips his head down low, grabbing his phone from the little table between the two of you.

"I want you to marry one of my men." He told you bluntly. You nodded your head, picking up another drink that his friend brought over for you.

"Why?" You ask. You leaned back into the lounge, staring down your brother. Even though you knew you would at least give this a chance. He had done everything for you, and you could never say no to him.

"Well look, you went to college, you got that degree. You work a nice job, and we need that front so we could do our business without anyone asking questions. For now, all I'm asking is that you at least meet him."

"One date. And then I'll think about it," You compromise, drinking more alcohol. You saw your brother's jaw drop a bit in shock.

"One date?" He makes sure. He needs to know that you actually want to go through with this because he would never force you into something this big without your consent.

"Yashel, you basically put me through college. And you're my brother, in plus a girl's gotta eat."
