It was sunny over the desert where the group of soldiers were going through. They continued walking then crowded at the edge as they see another large group in front of them walking across. The group in front of them stopped as they assumed the group was going to harm and to protect their prince in the carriage.

"We do no harm! We're here to protect you from the orders of our emperor!"

The general, Bae Jinyoung, shouted at them, he can see people looking at one another then decided to let the prince be apart. They opened the carriage door revealing the prince that Jinyoung kept an eye on. From afar from what he can tell is that the person was reading off a scroll about diplomacy. The prince, Lee Daehwi, listens till the voice suddenly stop and the sound of an arrow flew at them. Both groups turned over quickly to spot a 3rd group.

"What do you think you are doing harming the prince like this?!"

Jinyoung shouted as the 3rd group leader, Kim Eunseo, looked at him then spotted Daehwi right after. He smiled as he was ready to speak.

"My emperor sent us to do this."

He said then raised his arms up as every archer behind raised their bows. Jinyoung didn't take the time to spare and immediately rushing down with everyone behind him follow.

"Protect the prince now! Don't let the prince die in this."

He shouted back and hear arrows being shot behind, screamings were heard all around him. What didn't surprised him was the lie that Eunseo said to them. Few boulders started to roll down then suddenly caught fire from the flaming arrows. He saw people getting ran over from it then managed at the side of the carriage to kick the boulder out of the way with his horse. The burning boulder hit the backside of the carriage which made Daehwi looked back with scared eyes. Jinyoung got to the front where the controller was sitting there waiting.

"Go now, I'll catch up behind you."

And immediately the controller nodded then started to move the horse at full speed. Jinyoung followed behind while being trailed by Eunseo. Eunseo manages to catch up and ran passed Jinyoung to get to the carriage. Jinyoung hurried as he took out of his sword ready to fight. As he got to the other side of Eunseo which is the opposite side of the carriage, he saw Eunseo already killed the original controller and threw him off. Jinyoung swung his sword at Eunseo then hurried on the carriage to fight him. Daehwi held onto the open frame as he was afraid that he was going to fall out and make contact with the fire behind. They made a sharp turn which Jinyoung and Eunseo quickly got out to avoid falling off the cliff. The horses tried to pull the carriage up off the cliff but was stuck. Daehwi only held on tightly after seeing what was behind him. Jinyoung hurried but Eunseo grabbed onto the rope and cut free the horses and watch them run. Jinyoung grabbed one of the rope and wrapped it around his waist as the carriage rolled. Eunseo calmly wrapped the rope around after seeing Jinyoung struggling.

"This shall be our last fight? Wouldn't it, General?"

Jinyoung glances up at Eunseo as he was taking a breather then glanced at Daehwi. Looking from their position up to a cliff, they got a pretty good distant. Yet Jinyoung doesn't want to let Daehwi die under his watch or he would feel like a failure. He looked back at Eunseo but instantly had to defend himself while gripping on the rope tightly. Dodging right before Eunseo can hit Jinyoung, they had to smash their blades against the ground to stop moving. A lucky headshot from Jinyoung knocking off Eunseo's helmet. Jinyoung and Eunseo collided, Eunseo missing as Jinyoung hits. Eunseo dropped his sword while grabbing onto Jinyoung's shoulders tightly.

"Sa-Save him..."

Eunseo said as he glances down at Daehwi as Jinyoung looks. A split second later, they ended up being dragged down, Jinyoung undid his rope and tried to reach out to Daehwi quickly. Jinyoung reached out for Daehwi's hand and pulled him close. He glanced down to see the carriage and Eunseo below. He tightened his grip and laid his hand on Daehwi's head then shut his eyes closed.

Jinyoung woke up gasping and breathing heavily as he remembers his dream. Checking his clothing and hair, he was sure that he finally woke up from his dream. He went to his bathroom then started to freshen up while thinking of his dream. Wearing some casual clothing first thing in the morning, he went to his messy workplace then pulled out a blank booklet. He went to the first blank page then started to draw the last scene of his dream. Which was of course him and Daehwi falling with heavy black smoke below them. Being very detailed about everything he does, he was interrupted as a friend of his came in. Jinyoung stood up not caring that what he saw is exposed.

"Hey, Jinyoung!"

"What's up, Jihoon?

"Why didn't you get the door? I've been standing there for awhile you know?"

"I was busy working you know that."

Jinyoung talked then Jihoon went to walk around te place and saw the drawing Jinyoung did. He picked it up then glance over at Jinyoung.

"Busy working? You were drawing this weren't you?"

"At least I was busy doing something. Anyways, how did you even get in if I didn't get the door?"

"Oh that key, you told me where it was so I did that and returned back to it's spot, you're welcome."

Jinyoung sighed then took the book from Jihoon's hand.

"When will you come back to work? I heard our team found a cave containing history."

"Meet me there tonight, send me the address as well. I need to make some calls and visit someone."

"Alright, I'll go first. Check your phone later for that location as well. See you then."
