I was awoken by screaming in the middle of the night . I jumped out of my bed and tosted my covering to the floor and stormed out of the room. When I got to the stair case I jumped a few stairs to reach faster but only to be greeted by my dad hammering my mother with a baseball bat. I started to scream while my feet pushed me close towards my mom who was on the floor with blood and bruises all over her body . I tried shaking her but got no response . Tears started to stream down my face as I hugged her lifeless body . Is this a dream ??!?!
