I had stayed put in the cell for what seemed like weeks on end but really about three days. I had even began to carve tallies of how many it had been.

In the fields it had been hotter then most days before, so much so that my skin wanted to shrivel up and die with how much it burned.

In the distance, kitsune was being transported to the golden temple and that's when I began to sing. The song was meaningless and I honestly dont really know how I come to sing it but I did so.

"In snow, silent whispers,

The fox, plays with its children

But as I stay, watching from afar

I could hear,

The cry of war.

And as the ashes fall,

I remembered her song,

The song of distant crys

And I'll think of you,

Brave soldier boy,

My soldier boy..

As I sing this song to you.

I sing this song.. and as I finish, everything goes black and I can smell smoke.

I come to about two hours later. I was resting in a bed as I felt my body ache.

"Now dont move so fast, ye past out I assume from exhaustion and blood loss." It was togi as he placed a towel on my head and covered me with blankets.

"Blood loss?" I question as I look down at my bandaged arms.

"You were harming yourself with some kinda dagger, around the time you fell the wheat caught fire. It's been hot abnormally today, probably what caused the fire but you. These were deep." There was concern in his voice but I didn't look at him. I just looked out the small window. I realized I was in kitsunes bed, I recognized it from times before.

On a table lay a purple and pink orb. It was encased in a glass box as it pulsates.

"That's Hoshi no tama, kitsunes star ball. This holds most of his energy."

It gave off a mysterious energy to me and I just stare at it.  It's colors were hypnotizing.

I finally muster up the strength to get up from the bed after laying there for about 3 days. It was much better lying there than in the cell. Eventhough I wasnt there I can still smell its mustiness and stale air in my nose and on my skin.
