Happy Halloween

(Louis' POV)

"Ali wakey wakey." I said shacking my beautiful little girl.

"No daddy." She said turning on her side.

"But baby today is Halloween. We have to get your costume ready."

She looked at me and scrunched her nose. She reached for me and I picked her up. "That a girl." I said kissing her cheek.

Ali jumped out of my arms and went to her closet getting her Minnie Mouse costume. "Daddy get out I can do it." She said pushing me out the door

"Okay okay I will be out here." I said shutting the door. A few moments later she came out with her hands on her hips.

"You look cute baby." I said. She smiled and walked downstairs.

"Uncle Niall I'm Minnie Mouse!" She yelled.

"You look so pretty Ali!" Niall said sitting her on his lap.

"Thank you. What are you gonna be?" She asked.

"Myself." He said. Zayn scoffed and Ali frowned.

"That's no fun though." She said poking his cheek.

"Well I've kinda outgrown trick or treating sweetie."

"But daddy is trick or treating with me." She said her lip trembling.

"Baby don't cry, some people grow out of trick or treating and some don't." I said picking her up an putting her on my hip.

She laid her head on my shoulder and I brought her into the kitchen.

"Hungry?" I asked sitting her in her chair.

"No can we go trick or treating now?" She asked.

"We have to wait till tonight to do that." I said handing her a bowl of Fruit Loops. She ate them and went back into the living room. "Ali look what we picked out for you!" Harry said walking outside into the front yard.

"It's a pummkim!" She squealed.

"It's pumpkin silly but yeah we are gonna carve it and put a candle in it."

(Ali's POV)

"Can we carve it now daddy?" I asked running over and grabbing daddy's leg.

"Sure babe we will help you." Daddy said. We walked inside and we sat the pummkim on the table. Uncle Liam put a bunch of news papers all over the table and got a big knife and a trash can. "I wanna carve it!" I yelled taking the knife off the table.

I smiled at daddy and he looked really mad. "Ah oh sorry daddy." I said putting the knife down. I don't want to get in trouble before Halloween.

Uncle Liam cut the top part of the pummkim off and I looked inside.

"Ew."

"We have to take that out." Uncle Harry said.

"But that's yucky." I said.

"We have to clean the pumpkin so we can carve and put the candle in." Uncle Harry said pulling out the pummkims inside.

"But your hurting the pummkim." I said at its insides.

"No were not we are helping the pumpkin." Daddy said throwing the insides of the pummkim in the trash. I watched as they all hurt my pummkim.

"It's okay Ali you can reach in there and take out some of the seeds." Uncle Zayn said.

"Will you tell me if I hurt him?" I asked. Uncle Zayn nodded and I reached into the top and pulled out some pummkim insides.

"Look daddy sunflower seeds." I said holding one up.

"No baby that's a pumpkin seed. Pumpkins have seeds too." Daddy said. I threw it in the trash and all of the insides was out.

"Okay Ali how do you want your pumpkin to look?" Daddy asked.

"She has to smile." I said.

"Uncle Zayn can you do it. Your a pretty drawer." I asked.

"Sure." Uncle Zayn said. I watched as he cut eyes out of the pummkim.

Uncle Zayn finished and my pummkim looked so pretty.

"Thank you Uncle Zayn I love it!" I said hugging him.

"Your welcome Ali." He smiled.

"Daddy can we put the candle in it now?" I asked.

"When it gets dark, yeah."

"Why do we have to wait?" I whined.

"So it will look prettier." Daddy said. "Smile so I can take a picture with your pumpkin."

I smiled really big and daddy laughed. "Cute."

"Daddy can I take a nap so when I wake up we can so trick or treating?" I asked.

"Sure of you want." Daddy said. I ran up into daddy's room and laid down. I closed my eyes and fell asleep.

(Louis' POV)

I posted the picture of Ali on twitter: "@Louis_Tomlinson: My little girl is ready for Halloween! Thanks Uncle Zayn for carving the "pummkim"(;

Of course the fans flipped shit. Gotta love them.

"Ali it's almost time to go trick or treating!" I yelled. After she woke up from her nap her and Liam were playing some game in her room.

"Coming daddy." She said running down the stairs. "Wait daddy where are my Minnie Mouse ears?"

I grabbed them off the kitchen table put them on her head. I then grabbed Ali's pumpkin and put the candle in and lit it. "Ali look at the pumpkin."

Ali ran over to me and she was in awe. "It's so pretty." She giggled. "Say thank you to Uncle Zayn because he carved it."

"Thank you uncle Zayn!" She yelled.

"Come on daddy let's go." She pulled me outside and we walked to the first house and I knocked on the door and Ali would get candy and we would do that at every house on the street.

"Okay Ali last house." I said. I knocked on the door. A guy dressed in all black with a Skelton mask opened the door.

"Boo." He said handing Ali the bowl if candy. Ali started crying and screaming so did all the other little kids behind us.

"Oh great job pal." I said walking back home.

"Ali it's okay, sssh he wasn't real." I cooed walking into the house.

"Louis what happened?" Niall asked trying to take Ali.

"Some asshole scared her." I said sitting down rocking her.

"Awe poor thing, at least you got some candy." Liam said.

"Ali do you want some candy?" I asked. She lifted her head off my shoulder and shyly nodded.

"Here you go, eat M&Ms." Liam said handing her the small package.

I opened it for her and she ate a few. "Let's get ready for bed baby." I said. "Ali say goodnight."

She waved and laid her head back on my shoulder. "D-daddy can I sleep with you?" She asked wrapping her arms around my neck.

"Sure baby, I just don't want you to be scared." I cooed laying down with her.

She grabbed my shirt and pulled her self close to me. "Go to sleep baby." I shushed her. She closed her eyes and eventually fell asleep.
