"Daniel Matthews headmasters office right now" the angry voice bellowed over the schools loudspeaker. Standing up he kicked his chair away then headed towards the classroom door.

"Hope you get expelled you ass hole" a boy shouted as Daniel opened the door ready to leave. 

"What the fuck did you just say?" Daniel asked stepping away from the door with his knuckles clenched ready to smash his fist Into the boys face. 

"Get out now" screamed the teacher as he quickly stood up to run over and stand in front of the now cowering student, but It was to late as Daniels fist hit the teacher directly In the nose.

"This Is your last chance Daniel. This Is the third school you have been expelled from this year alone and we are only In April, you're lucky the teacher you punched did not decide to press charges. Don't roll your eyes at me young man you're really pushing me to my limits, If you mess this one up then I have no choice but to send you to the school for delinquents because no other school will have you. Look Daniel, I have been your case worker for two years now, and In that time you have given me nothing but a headache and a stack of bad behavior reports to fill out. Just get out and try not to get expelled from this one." Peter, Daniel's care worker told him.

"Hi Daniel, why are you back so early?" Maxi his roommate at the care home asked with his floppy curly hair bouncing as he skipped over to him. 

"Hey kiddo, how did It go?" Daniel asked as ran his fingers through Maxi's curly locks. 

"They didn't want me" Maxi said with a huge grin, "so I get to stay with you fowever." 

"I thought we talked about this Maxi, you need a family. I will have to leave here soon I'm nearly eighteen, It will break my heart leaving you here when you could have a family that would love you" Daniel said sitting down on the end of his bed. 

"But you said we could be family" the petite scrawny twelve year old said as he jumped on Daniels knee.

"So tell me what happened" Daniel shook his head as he looked at the young boy suspiciously.

"Erm, nothing, I did nothing" he replied innocently. 

"Maxi come on, I know you remember" Daniel chuckled as he started tickling the boys sides. 

"Okay okay" Maxi squealed between his giggles. 

"They told me they never wanted me so I told the woman she had a big butt and I didn't want them either, that's all," he giggled. "I pwomise." 

"You know you can't be talking to people like that" Daniel scolded trying to hold back his laughter." 

"Why not It was the twuth, she had a massive humongous butt, I couldn't see past It" he said Innocently. 

"Come on let's go and get some food before It's all gone" he said as he stood up and took Maxi's small hand as they left their room.

"Oi! that's my seat move It butt face" one of the care home bully's was rolling up his sleeves and shouting as they entered the dining room. 

"Can we just leave please" Maxi whispered to Daniel as he hid behind Daniel shaking nervously. 

"Hey It's okay, no one would dare to touch you because I would rip them apart If they did" Daniel said as he patted his head reassuringly. 

"Okay Daniel" Maxi replied meekly and nervously. 

Both boys got their food and sat down at a corner table away from any others, finishing up fast so they could go back to their room.
