Y/b/f/n invited me to a fall festival that was happening around town on Halloween. I said sure. I decided to search it up online to see what it's all about. I found out that there is supposedly a haunted hayride.

I wasn't a big fan of scary things but I hope it'll be fun. I finished my research and decided I should go to bed because it was already 3am. I set my alarm to 8 because I had to be at y/b/f/n's house by 9 and it takes me about an hour to get ready.
The next morning I woke up to my alarm playing Graveyard by: Halsey one of my favorite songs. I started doing my morning routine then did my make up, hair and picked out my outfit.

I got to y/b/f/n's house and then we went to the festival. Once we got there the whole parking lot was filled with people from tiny children to seniors. Then we reached the haunted hayride, I was so scared now that I was seeing it in person but y/b/f/n already bought the wristbands so it was too late. Once we got on the ride I sat down and this cute blonde boy sat next to me. We made eye contact for a little but then I turned my attention back to y/b/f/n. He seemed to have four other boys with him too. A blonde one with beautiful blue eyes, a really tall boy, a shorter boy with fluffy hair and a very short boy with blonde and purple hair. They all were very cute but I only had my eyes on one of them. The boy then turned back around facing me and said "my names corbyn what's your name?" "I'm y/n." "What a beautiful name for a beautiful girl." When he said that my heart melted was he trying to flirt with me? "Thanks your name and face are pretty too." Omg did I really just say that out loud. Y/n you're such a stupid idiot. Now he's going to think you're a freak. "Thanks." "No problem." I said awkwardly. We continued to make conversation before the hayride started and he introduced me to his friends Daniel, Jack , Jonah and Zach. They were all very nice. I then introduced them to y/b/f/n. The hayride began and all these scary people in makeup began to jump out and I jumped into Corbyn's arms because I was so scared. We then had to get out of the hayride and walk into a corn maze Corbyn made me go in front so I told him to protect me from the scary people. There was this one zombie guy that was pretty good looking for a dead person. I wanted his number. We then finished the maze and the hot zombie then came out and walked behind me and slid something in my pocket. I pulled it out and it was a note that read "meet me at the woods by midnight" Ooh so I get to see hot zombie again. "You're not gonna go right?" "Of course I'm gonna go Corbyn, that guy was so hot." "Y/n what if he tries to hurt you?" "He's not gonna hurt me, I'll be fine." "K, if you say so." I then walked off to the woods and got there exactly at 12. I saw hot zombie guy show up. "Hey, I'm Carter and I know this might sound weird, but you're really pretty and I'd love to go out sometime." "Well I'm y/n and I would love to hang out with you." "The thing is you and your friends are in danger." "What do you mean?" "I mean if you don't listen to me, they might die." "Well then tell me what to do."

"Well you need to follow me to the graveyard then we have to share a kiss and when it turns 3am you have to get out of here or else everyone in make up including me turns into what they are dressed up as in real life." "Why do I need to kiss you? I mean I don't mind, I'm just wondering." "It's so that you'll be safe from us killing you." "Oh ok well let's get going to that graveyard." We reached the high peak at the graveyard where you could see the full moon. We both then leaned in and shared a kiss. It was the best kiss I've ever had. Hot zombie guy isn't that bad but I'm not leaving him just yet. "Carter would it be weird if we exchanged numbers?" "I don't think so." We both exchanged numbers then I ran to my friends. "Guys we need to get out of here." "What do you mean?" They all said in sync. "All the actors and actresses are turning into their characters and are going to kill us." "But I'm safe because Carter saved me." "W-wait who's Carter?" Corbyn asked jealously. "He's hot zombie guy." "Oh, how did he save you?" Y/b/f/n asked. "He said that If I kissed him in the graveyard that i'd be safe from being killed so I did it I kissed him." "But let's stop chit chatting and let me save you guys now." "And how do you suppose your gonna do that?" Daniel asked. "I have to kiss each of you boys then one of you has to kiss y/b/f/n." "Yessss!!!!" All the boys cheered. I first go up to
Zach a give him a quick kiss. Then I went up to Daniel and kissed him too. After I kissed Jonah, then Jack. Lastly I kissed Corbyn we shared a very passionate kiss. Jack then volunteered himself to kiss y/b/f/n. We now were all safe so I thought. We then heard people running after us so we started running even faster. I saw Carter and I really wanted to help him so he wouldn't have to live like this forever. I started to slow down then Carter caught up to me. "Carter I'm here to help you." "Brains I want brains." I held Carter's cheeks and gave him yet another kiss. But then he fell on me and started to bite my neck and blood started to gush out. Then I heard Corbyn calling my name and came over and stopped Carter from doing anything else to me. He picked me up and ran with me in his arms over to everybody else. "Omg, What happened to her?" Jonah asked as the blood from my neck got all over him. "Carter bit her." "I thought she was safe." Jack said. "So did I, but she was trying to save him but he couldn't control himself." "Her blood is just going everywhere we need to clean her up." Zach said. "I know but there's nothing we could do." "C-corbyn." "Y/n." "I know how you could help me." "How?" "I need you to get bitten by a vampire then come back and bite me." "Ok, I'll do it." Y/b/f/n said. "No y/b/f/n it needs to be my true love." "Awwww." Everybody said. Corbyn was shocked by my words. Corbyn then ran off to a vampire and let it bite him. He then turned and came to me and bite me. It wasn't working at first. "Please y/n I know we only met today but I love you, so please stay alive for me." Corbyn said, crying. I then was awoken by his words. "I love you too." I leaned up and gave Corbyn a passionate kiss. We both broke the curse and everything went back to normal.
Years later on Halloween day Corbyn and I ended up getting married and having a beautiful baby boy named Brayden. We were so in love that nobody could ever break us apart even If they're a hot zombie guy. If you would've told me like ten years ago that I would marry someone named Corbyn that I met at a fall festival and had a son with I wouldn't have believed you but look, you were right.
