Sam looked up at the big white cathedral church in awe before Marcy pulled him inside.
She tugged him to a pew in the middle. A lot of people he'd never seen before were sitting there but also her sisters and brothers-in-law. "Sit."
He sat down and scooted over at her whispered command. She sat next to him and made room for her kids and staff.
Everyone on his other side (barring Mickey, who was smiling up at him) was staring at him.
He gulped. This was awkward...

People stood up and started making their way outside or to the priest.
Marcy wanted to leave. She was starving and just wanted to eat. She tried to herd her family out but of course that would be too good.
"Yoohoo! Dr. Chang!" A member of the church waved her handkerchief as she gingerly stepped over the frozen but cleared parking lot. "I couldn't help but to notice you were late. I know with all of your children, it's a hardship to get out the door."
"Old lady,-" Marcy started.
Dr. Rose Taylor-Jones stepped in front of her daughter. "Mrs. Gordon, that is a lovely coat you're wearing. Where did you buy it?"
Mrs. Gordon preened. "Online, dear. Shopping is so much eaiser."
"What's the website? I may have to buy one for myself."
Mrs. Gordon rattled off the URL but kept an eye on Sam. "Who, my dear, is that?"
Rose clapped her hands together once. "He's a family friend. We're actually late for brunch but please call on us soon. We'll have tea."
Mrs. Gordon smiled. "Lovely. Bye now!"
Rose waited for her to be gone before rounding on her daughter. "Stop antagonizing people!"
"Me?!" Marcy was ready to blow her top.
"Rose." Marcus spoke up.
"You don't know what she was about to say!" Rose ignored him.
"Neither do you but it didn't stop you from jumping in and taking her side!" Marcy rolled her eyes. "We're out. We can eat brunch at home."
Rose felt like throwing a tantrum. "I'm sorry! You just shut me out of your life and push everyone away-!"
"Are you done?" Marcy wasn't falling for it.
Rose sulked. "I am sorry."
"Let's eat before I starve to death."
"You could introduce us to him."
"Ugh!" Marcy huffed before rolling her eyes again and pointing at Sam. "Sam Evans. He's the father. These maniacs are my family."
"MarcAn!" Dr. Russell Fabray was hurt.
"Yeah, you're crazy, too."
Dr. Michael Chang III laughed. "She's got you pegged!"
"Shut up, Michael!" Russell groused.
Marcus rubbed his temples. "Will you both stop?! This young man is going to think something's wrong with us!"
"There is." Dr. Marc Jones III muttered.
"Marcus!"
"Is something wrong with us, Gramps?" Ten year old Marcus Jones IV (Quad) asked with a frown.
"No."
"Pop..." Quinn gave him a look.
"Stop it, Babygirl."
