"Here."
A map was shown to me. It had a certain path drawn on it with symbols only people from the camp would understand.
"If ever we get lost," He pointed at the marked circle before rolling it up and handing it to me. "You'll find me there."
We both stayed like that for a while. The nerves were starting to eat at me like crazy, so I decided to give him the biggest hug.
"I'm glad you didn't find my plan weird. The people in this place aren't right in the head." I sighed. "Thanks for coming along, Amatsuki."
He patted my back as he chuckled. "This is such a suicide mission, Mafu. But I wouldn't want to turn into one of those monsters after everything we've been through."
I pulled back and smiled at him. I checked the time on my watch.
I glanced over to him as he nodded. "I'm ready when you are, 0621."
"Let's go, 0211."

I woke up in a sudden manner. My head starts spinning from getting up too fast, causing me to groan as I placed my hand on my forehead.
Recalling my dream, it's been a long while since that memory had happened. Was it a month ago, or was it two?
I shake my head and stood up. I stretch my arms out and ease any of the tension left in my body. Sleeping on the floor is never a comfortable thing to do, after all. I pack my belongings into my tattered rucksack and proceeded to head out from the small abandoned shed I had stayed in.
I look around my surroundings, making sure that there were no infected in sight. I bring out the map Amatsuki had given to me before we had gotten separated. The symbols he had written on had matched my area. I must be close..
I continue my way down the broken concrete, being aware of not getting too close to the vehicles that haven't been too rough in shape as it may set off an alarm.
My left hand is preoccupied with the map, whilst my right hand is tightly gripped onto the knife that I've used to defend myself with the entire time. I've had a better knife when I was back in the camp, but..
I shake my head once more and focused on the task at hand. I glanced at the map. "If I take a left from here, I should be able to.."
As I took a step, I've accidentally lost my footing and fell onto the ground. Doing so, it caused me to bump into one of the cars and set off the alarm. "Shit.."
