||Alex P.O.V ||

I was so engrossed in all these numbers and figures that I didn't even notice my phone vibrate until I felt it vibrate for the second time and I saw that it was Kate.

"Hey, Kate! What's up??" I asked putting the cap to my pen, cause phone calls with her were always long.

"Nothing, just wanted to make sure that you're in for today" Kate said on the other side and I worked my brain for a minute to remember what it was and then I remembered that today the park had an annual fair and I promised to go with them...and I freaking promised to bring Luke and introduce him to Jean and Casper and I just remembered it now and I know..I K.N.O.W that I am screwed...screwed in deep shit..there is NO way Luke would agree to come to the fair with me and meet my friends in such short notice.

"Yeah, I'm in, but I am kinda not sure about Luke , but I'll see what I can do ,Kay??" I hoped that she would dismiss the idea of meeting Luke and just get over it.

"But, you promised and Casper is really looking forward to meeting him, he was shocked that you actually got a boyfriend" Kate giggled.

"Fine, I'll see what I can do" and I hung up the phone.

Time for more begging...life as a beggar is fucking sad..legit.

I searched for his number and dialed it and press it against my ear waiting for him to pick up and after few rings I heard him on the other side.

"Yeah?" He asked, he didn't even say 'Hello' , he was just like yeah..who does that??!!

"Promise me that you won't kill me" I stated before I lay it all down.

"What did you do this time??!" He sighed.

"Well, I'm sure you know about today's annual fair and I always go with my friends and they bring along their boyfriends and this time as I have a 'boyfriend' , they said that we would all go together and have this triple date! And it would save my ass if you came , Casper and Jean, uh they are their boyfriends, they don't believe that I have a boyfriend and wanted to kinda meet you! But it's okay if you don't wanna come!! You know what , forget that I even asked, I'm sorry! " then I took a deep breath cause deep down I was hoping he would say yes.

"Fine, but I won't stay with them long, just short talks and I'm out"

"Oh my god , really?? Thank you!! Okay we won't stay long, I promise! Thank you" I think I thanked him a gazillion time.

"Don't you have your test tomorrow?" He asked concerned.

"Yeah, I'm prepared for that shit, bring it on!! Anyways I'll meet you there at around 4, thank you again" and we said our goodbyes and hung up the phone.

I practiced some more cause I REALLY wanted to ace it and around 3:30 I got dressed, dressed for me is my normal jeans, my Tees, a jacket, tie my hair in a pony, put on my Chapstick and sling my bag and plug the earphones..easy peasy...

I reached there at about 4:15 and I started to look around for Luke and I found him after few minutes.

"You're late" he said looking at me.

"I got here just in time but it took me ages to find you, anyways let's go , they are near the candy stall" I hurried back.

"Aren't you gonna tell me to play nice?" he smirked.

"Is there a point??" I rolled my eyes and he just snickered.

But deep down I was hoping that he would play nice and NOT treat me like a puppy in front of my friends..oh I was praying real hard..
