Jai pov......

I was prepared to fight again. We walked through the door and it was dead silent, but he could still be in the house. “Wait here” i commanded Lexie. “I will check the house” I let go of her hand and slowly ventured further into the house. I searched upstairs first, no Alex. “I Found something!” i heard Lexie yell from what i guessed was the kitchen. “It’s a letter” Lexie confirmed. She opened the letter and read out loud.

‘Lexie, I’m taking Alex to the city to find a hotel to stay at. By the time you get back and read this it would be fairly late, so I’m going to stay at a hotel in the city too. Alex has volunteered to be a guide for me seeing as he has been to Melbourne before, i will be gone a few days; i have left you money to buy groceries and dinner. I don’t want any lads coming over, ok? Your school uniform arrived whilst you were out it’s on your bed ready for school on Monday. Don’t get into any trouble chick. Love Mum xxx’

“Great” Lexie sighed. “What are you going to do?” I asked her. “Nothing i guess” She slumped onto a kitchen stool and rested her head into her hands. “Ok, get your PJ’s, tooth brush and pillow and come over to my house for a sleepover.” I didn’t want her to be alone tonight. “Really? Would your family be ok with that?” A huge smile spread across her face. “Yep” i assured her. She raced upstairs and within a space of 2 minutes we were out the door and walking to my house.

I unlocked the door and ushered Lexie into the house. “I’M HOME!” i yelled.  “In the kitchen!” Mum yelled back to me. Lexie and I walked into the kitchen to be greeted by Luke, Beau, Skip and James. Oh yeah are coming tonight. Crap. “Who’s this Jai” Mum pointed at Lexie with a spatula she was using to flip burgers. “That’s Jai’s girlfriend mum” Beau said “It’s not like that” Lexie almost said immediately. I was suddenly really confused, why did Lexie kiss me if she didn’t like me that way? “Yeah” i said agreeing with Lexie’s comment. Yet i was still very confused. “Shit!” Skip yelled. We all turned to face him; he was looking straight at me. “What the hell happened to your eye man?” Oh i had totally forgotten about that. “I....ran into a pole” i lied. “Must of been one fierce pole then” James said sarcastically. I took Lexie out of the kitchen and showed her to the spare room. “The bathroom is down the hall, you can out your clothes in here” i pointed to drawer. “And just call me when you need me, my room is across the hall.” I gestured to my room.  “Thank you Jai” she leaned in and gave me a sweet kiss on the cheek. “Dinner” Luke yelled to us.

Lexie Pov.....

“Thank you Ms Brooks for dinner” i said to Gina. “That’s ok hun, call me Gina.” I excused myself from the table and went to my temporary room. Not long after i sat on the bed, someone knocked on the door. I jumped up and opened it to find Luke standing there. “Hey” i greeted him. “Can i come in?” he asked “ah...Yeah sure” I opened the bedroom door wider to allow im to enter. “Are you ok?” Luke asked me. “Yes thank you, I’m fine” i assured him. “I just wanted to spend time with my besties” i joked. “Ha-ha alrighty then”      “are you and the lads busy tomorrow?” i asked Luke. “Nope, you have something in mind?”    “I sure do” i said very seriously trying not to laugh. “Haha ok then, can i know what we are doing?” he asked taking a step closer to me. “No but im sure you will love it! Anyways im going to have a shower!” i said cheerfully. “Ok” Luke leaned in and gave me a soft kiss on the cheek then he just walked out of the room. Just like that. I went to the bathroom and hopped into the shower. I got out off the shower, dried off and slipped into my PJ’s and walked to the lounge room. Skip and Beau were playing X-box, Luke and James was on their laptop doing some editing and Jai was on his phone. I sat on Jai’s lap and took is phone away from him. He was on twitter answer his fans. “Did Luke tell you guys i have something planned for tomorrow?” i questioned the boys. “Nope” they all answered in sync. “Woops forgot to tell them” Luke said without looking up from his laptop. “Yeah ok then, well i have something planned for tomorrow, and Luke you might want to bring your camera for this” i said smiling. “What are we doing?” Skip asked. Before i answered Luke did first. “She didn’t tell me so i think it’s a surprise” he said, once again not looking up from his laptop. “Yes it is Luke, well I’m going to bed see you all tomorrow! Also Skip and James are you staying over tonight?” i asked. “Yeah” they both said. Great
