Samantha's POV

Hitting the drums on stage in front of the crowd that never stop jumping is one of the best feeling. My band, Sky Run, is having the moment to shine again. We're in Brittle Hall, performing like it's the last day of my life. YOLO, right?

After our concert, the band and I went to our favorite pizza shop. Celebrating for another successful show. I'm so glad that people love our songs. Sky Run is a very nonsense name I know but it's just the essence of it. Its nonsensicalness. Our band is composed of 4 members. I, Samantha, is the drummer. Thiaf is the vocalist/guitarist. Arys is the lead guitarist and the back up singer. Lastly, Jeycee is our bassist who also does the back up singing. Actually, sometimes I also do the back-up. Anyway, I'm the only girl in our band which I think is really cool since I'm also incharge of the beat.

"Sam," Arys called, "What are you thinking?" He said as he poked me. That asshat.

"None of your business, bamboo boy." I said as I took a bite of my lovely pepperoni pizza.

"Really, Little girl?" Arys teased as he grinned ear to ear.

I hate being called a little girl and everyone calls me that.

I saw Thiaf smirked. "What?" I asked Thiaf. His dark hair is messy. He actually looks haggard.

"Nothing, little girl." He said with his british accent that would probably make girls squeal when they hear it. But me? No big deal. Thiaf is really hot, honestly speaking. He has this brown skin since he is half pakistan and half brit. "And do not look at me like that." He pointed his finger to me.

"Like what?" I asked.

"Like you're gonna throw yourself to him any minute." Jeycee answered and the three of them laughed.

I rolled my eyes and said, "Never.Gonna.Happen. I'd rather throw myself into a volcano."

"Ouch." Thiaf said dramatically and placed his hand on his chest. I raised an eyebrow. He raised both his hands. "Just smile a little Sam." He said and grinned.

I flashed him my fakest smile and rolled my eyes.

"Sam isn't just good in drum rolls," Arys said, "but also in rolling her eyes."

I was tempted to roll my eyes again but decided against it. I stood up from my seat and said, "I know how much you guys love to make fun of your star here but sorry, the star is leaving. Needs sleep."

"Okay, princess. We'll drive you home since you just claimed that you're the star." Thiaf said as the other two guys started to stand up.

"No," I said, "I can just walk home and do a little thinking, voluntary chaffeurs." I grinned. "Just stay here and finish that pizza. I can surely handle myself."

"Fine." Thiaf said. "Suit yourself, lil girl."

"Bye." I said and waved lazily. "Great night anyway."

"Bye." The three of them replied in unison.

Huh. It's gonna be a long walk.

When I arrived at our house, I was surprised that we have a new neighbor. God knows who they are. I went to my bedroom. Kicked off my boots and jumped on my bed. My arms spread open. I exhaled sharply. I plugged in my phone to my speakers and a song of Steele Heart started to play. Setting the volume to the highest.

"Hello?" I heard someone said from my window. "Hello!!! Excuse me!" A guy said louder but decided to ignore it. "Hey! Will you please lower down the volume of your music?!"
