Lillian's POV

Apparently, Caroline was still dealing with Elena because she wasn't in the room. So, I leaned on one of the desks and took out my phone, but a blond girl came walking into the room and looked confused. I put away my phone and directed my attention to her.

"Are you looking for someone?" I asked.

"Uh, no it's fine."

"You sure?"

"Yea. I'm Rebekah. I saw you at Prank Night."

"Oh yeah! You're Nik's sister. It's nice to actually meet you. I'm Lillian if you didn't know."

"Where's the rest of the Scooby Gang? I thought it was no man left behind."

"Well, Caroline and Bonnie are calming down Elena because she's having a hissy fit. Alaric is probably on his way here. Jeremy, Matt, and Tyler are probably on their way to class. Damon is at home and Stefan is getting his classes changed."

"Of course she's having a temper tantrum. When doesn't she?"

"I know right?! I just wish that for once in her life, she wouldn't be so selfish. Even when she was little it had to be me, me, me with that girl. Full offense to her, but I wish Nik killed her."

"Finally! Someone in this town has some sense. I thought everyone in this town was compelled to follow her every order." She laughed.

"I know. Well at least I know we'll be great friends! This is a no bs zone." I laughed.

"Well if we're friends, do you want to go shopping after school? I'll drive." She smiled at me. I was about to answer when the classroom door swung open.

"She can't she's busy and no your not friends. Lillian, this is what I was talking about!"

"What?" But he didn't give me time to speak. Instead, he picked me up and threw me over his shoulder, just to sit me down in one of the seats in the back.

"Hey! I can't pay attention from back here!"

"You're fine. You're smarter then all of the teachers here combined anyway."

"And wait a second! I'm not busy after school and I can totally be friends with Bekah!"

"Yes you are and no you cannot."

"Yes, I can. Bekah come sit next to me!" I said patting the seat on my left since Stefan was sitting on my right. She grinned while walking over while Stefan just growled.

"I'd be quiet over there Mister or I'll make myself disappear and I don't think you'll like that will you?"

"Lillian, don't start." He growled out, vampire teeth showing.

"You don't scare me. Do you want me to act on my threat or not?"

"No."

"Then you won't give me a problem about being friends with Bekah right?"

"No, I won't." He grumbled out.

"Thank you." I smiled at him, leaned over and gave him a quick kiss on the check. he seemed to lighten up after that. Turning back to her, I gave her a shy smile.

"Sorry about that. I'd love to hang out, but I can only for a bit today. Is that alright?"

"Yeah, that's fine. Here, put in your number and I'll text you later." I took her phone and put in my number, handed it back and said a quick thank you.

"So, you and Stefan? I'm just happy it's not Elena."

"Haha, yeah. I don't know. It kind of just happened." I said shyly. Stefan grabbed the chair I was sitting on and brought it closer so he could put an arm around me.
