"Ana, I thought we had something!" Vic shouted at the most beautiful girl in the world. The pain in his voice was obvious, but not as obvious as Louisiana's tears washing her mascara down her cheeks. Vic tried to wipe it away as a sign of apology but Ana pulled away.
"Son of a bitch! I love you Vic, but if you're going to keep being an asshole I can't hold us up all on my own!"
"Ana this isn't about me going out with the band sometimes for a few drinks, is it?"
"A few drinks? Hell no, Vic you get hammered, and it's not sometimes. It's every fucking night!" Ana screamed through her sobs.
"Listen, I'm sorry! Ana, you know how much I love you.." Ana stopped him.
"No Vic, I don't know how much you love me anymore! Sometimes I question why I'm still here, and you know what, Vic? I have not given myself a good enough reason!" Vic's heart stopped. He could feel his lips trembling and turned his back to Ana. Then he realized what he was doing wrong the entire time. Right now, what he was doing; turning away from Louisiana when it got hard. He turned back around with red eyes filled with tears. Ana let go of a breath she wasn't concious of holding. She walked over to Vic slowly and wiped the tear from his face.
"Oh Vic, I love you so damn much, but you can't just turn away when it gets tough."
"I know that's why I'm still here. Right now." Vic replied.
