"Hold still! You're making it so much worse!!!" You had your hands over Yusuke's chest, a blue glow in-between you both. "It's not my fault you had a cut right on your nipple."

"It tickles!" Yusuke laughed, though you also had to admit it was funny seeing him get a cut in such a strange spot. Kuwabara was next, and he was absolutely covered in bruises, though no cuts. He must have been fighting Yusuke, you thought. Yusuke sat up, the torture was over. "Whew! That was quick, _____. You might be a better healer than I am."Knowing Yusuke, he was giving you a pretty good compliment, and you nodded your head in approval, too.  He flexed his arms and looked over his half-naked body for any more injuries. You never found nudity to be a big deal at all, it was a very human thing to find it embarrassing in fact.

"Alright Kuwabara, down to your boxers!" You demanded hilariously. He simply turned red and groaned.

"Awww, do I have to? No girl's ever seen me in my boxers…"

"Not even Yukina?!" Yusuke joked with a grin, replacing his jeans. Kuwabara knocked him off balance as he was doing this, and he landed himself in the kitchen where Kurama was. You fell over on the floor laughing at their boyishness. Then Kurama walked in with a questionable look on his face.

"Why does Yusuke have only a leg of his jeans on?" You were laughing so hard you couldn't explain, but Kurama shrugged it off. "While you're in here Yusuke why don't you help me with the food?" As the other two were cooking, you turned to face Kuwabara once more, gesturing for him to shed his garbs. He didn't object this time, and laid out on the couch. As you kneeled and faced Kuwabara, you couldn't help but feel a blood bond with him. He was like your younger brother, too.

"Hey, _____, can I ask you something?" Kuwabara stared up at the ceiling. You nodded and mumbled something, focused on your work as you covered a purple lump over his collar bone.

"Do you have any family?" This question, though simple, startled you. Laying your hands down on your lap, you pondered the answer. Months ago, when you first met the famed group, you had amnesia. You were an apparition wandering the Earth, out of place and out of mind, that was, until Botan spotted you. She sensed that you had great potential, a gift not just for the benefit of the group, but for Koenma as well. You spoke with Koenma, though having no background of your previous history, he felt the need to give you a better future. Any-who, he loved your sense of humor, and your charm brought you right to where you were now. You had Botan to thank for everything.

"_____?" Kuwabara looked at you then. You stared into his eyes, and told him the truth.

"You guys are my family, I've never known a mother or a father. But if it helps answer your question, Kuwabara. . ." You grinned genuinely at him then. "You're like a brother to me." Kuwabara's eyes glistened a little, as you knew how emotional he was with everything. He grabbed your shoulders in a huge bear hug and tossed you back and forth.

"_____ do you really mean it?! Oh man you'd be a much better sister than Shizuru!!!" You couldn't help but laugh uncontrollably at this outburst of emotion. It made you giddy, and giddy to finally say something.

"Alright, alright! Let me go, Kuwabara!" Kuwabara released you then, a smile spreading on his face from ear to ear. You ruffled his hair.  His goofy personality was refreshing to you. You continued talking all the while you had cured Kuwabara of his ails.

"Looks like that's the last bruise! Geez that was number forty-four." You sat back as Kuwabara stretched and examined his newly healed form.

"Man I feel a million times better! Thanks, _____!" Then he sniffed the air. . . "FOOD." He raced off into the kitchen, the clanking of spoons and bowls heard in the distance. Everyone soon returned from the kitchen, Kurama holding two bowls in his hand, the other for you.

"Thank you so much, Kurama!" You said, your eyes getting big staring at the bowl of food. "You saved me a lot of time, ffI'll be shhure to heal you as shone ash we eat!" Kurama smiled at your appetite as you talked while stuffing your face. Hanging around all these guys certainly brought out the animal in you sometimes. Not too long after, everyone was laying back with a full stomach and satisfied demeanor.

"Ah, Kurama that hit the spot!" Yusuke said. He stood up and grabbed his jacket. "Well, see you guys tomorrow!"

"WHAT?!" You yelled in disbelief. "You think this is a hospital?! No 'THANKYOU'?" Yusuke blinked at your reaction, taken aback by the force.

"Uh…thanks, Kurama?" You stared at your feet, seething slightly, still in disbelief at what he just said. Kurama and Kuwabara were silently chuckling in the background.

"You are unbelievable, Yusuke." Was all you could say. Yusuke gave the goofiest grin and waved a small good-bye.

"I kinda need to leave too," Kuwabara put in. You looked over at him with softer eyes. "Shizuru's getting on to me about my studying, and I've got some homework to do." Kuwabara buttoned up his shirt and grabbed his things. He smiled at you kindly, thinking of the confession you had made earlier. "I'll be looking for you at practice tomorrow, _____! See ya Kurama," Kuwabara snapped his head at Kurama then with a glare. "And don't you mess with her!" You slowly nodded and watched as he shut the door behind him.

WAIT. You wanted to scream. Now it's just me and Kurama. You looked over toward Kurama then, who was already started grabbing the leftover bowls and silverware to put in the sink. "Don't worry about that Kurama, uhm, you still need healing… so just..." GET UNDRESSED "...lay on the couch while I put these up." You turned red at the thought but mentally grinned to yourself as you imagined what was to be next. Kurama, half- naked and laid out on your couch. You shook your head.
