Chapter 1:
A Little About Me!
Hi,
I’m Emma, usually people don’t like me for who I am. I’m a girl alright! But, not a “girly” girl. I guess some people call me a “tomboy.” Let me tell you a little about myself.
I have strait blond hair and brown eyes. I have an older brother named, Joel, and a younger sister named, Leah. Everyone says Leah and I look a lot alike and Joel looks like he came from a different family. But, I don’t think so.
I’m in the 6th grade now and EVERYONE wears make-up except for me. Its not that my parents don’t let me, its just that I HATE it. Like I said earlier I’m a “tomboy.” I play tackle football for the Crushers.
I’ve only lost 7 games out of the 5 years I’ve been playing football. I think it’s because my jersey number is 18, my lucky number. But everyone says it’s because we have a good team.
